Thank you for helping us organise our wedding day. You always made us feel at ease by replying to every email, being available when we would just turn up to pay, arriving with a million questions and during the official meetings – especially when we got a first glance at the new bedrooms. Stanley House is the best wedding venue, not only just for its looks but because the staff are so dedicated to making your day perfect. Thank you once again.Thank you for helping us organise our wedding day. Good morning ladies, I just wanted to send a quick email to say Thank you for everything you guys have done. Beth and Emma, thanks for going through things with me in our first few meetings and making sure everything was right for the day. Megan, you are absolutely fantastic. You were just the person I needed the day before and the day of the wedding. You got things done and made sure everything was just how we wanted it. You kept us up to date on everything that was happening and made sure each of us knew exactly what we needed to do and where we needed to be. You kept me calm and made me laugh… a lot. You and your staff got me across to my ceremony in horrible weather and did everything you could to keep my hair, makeup and huge dress dry. You are fabulous at what you do and I really appreciate everything you did. Natalie and I would like to thank you, Brittany and Maddison for all your help in planning and organising our wedding at Stanley house. We had a perfect day and everything exceeded our expectations, the only sad thing is that it is all over! Also please could you thank Joe and Megan for their help on the day, Joe was very reassuring after our meeting on the Thursday when we were in a last minute panic and they both helped us massively throughout the day! Just got married on new years eve here. There aren’t enough stars in the sky to give this place and the lovely staff the sparkling review it deserves. So perfect in every way, the Staff are so well mannered, efficient and helpful in so many ways. Always polite, and courteous, really professional and completely in control and so organised, the communication between the staff is really good, everyone is always where they are meant to be they are always one step ahead. I would really like to Thank everyone at Stanley house for making our Wedding and stay truly magical, and a special thank you to Megan and Greg for always going the extra mile, They couldn’t do enough for us and the advice they gave us throughout the day was spot on. The Spa Facility is absolutely breath taking and we will be coming back very soon as a married couple. What can we say...What can we say...
Well what can I say the team at Stanley House are out of this world incredible!!! Our wedding day was just a dream and was perfection from start to finish. Everyone said how beautiful the venue was and also how everything was spot on and flowed just like clockwork it was also very relaxed and friendly and truly was the best day of our entire lives. From the reception staff, hotel staff, Mr Fred’s staff, kitchen staff, management and yourself of course we cannot give you enough thanks you are all amazing!!! Bethany you have been the most amazing wedding coordinator we could have ever wished for you are just incredible at your job and me and Ian will be forever grateful to you for making our dreams come true. To Megan and Bethany, I just wanted to reiterate our thanks and appreciation for all you have both done over recent months. Thank you for all our telephone conversations in the last few weeks, Bethany. Even when we first met we were extremely impressed by your professionalism. To Megan, firstly when I went up yesterday how different the room looked in comparison to our first impression on Saturday, it looked absolutely stunning. Regarding your management skills, Steve and I were watching and we were extremely impressed by your style. Thank you for the organisation of our son’s speech equipment. Regarding the canapes, Duncan and I decided that we must have been stood in the wrong place and all the rugby lads got there first! (This is not a criticism of any of your staff!). Duncan, Steve, Laura and I got what we wanted from beginning to end, we all loved every minute of it. I also wanted to highlight and thank each member who contributed to the amazing success of Kate and Dominic’s wedding. Without each department, including the accommodation playing their individual part it would not have fulfilled our expectations. Whilst more than 2 months has passed since Beverley & Adam’s wedding reception on 6th May, we’d still like to convey our thoughts on what a wonderful celebration it was. All the staff involved in preparations and on the day itself, made a great impression on us & many of the guests. From Bethany’s professional, yet friendly & helpful attitude on the telephone, by email, Skype and in person, patiently guiding us through preparations, to Patryk’s informed and perceptive management of the event, the attention to detail was exceptional. Patryk’s middle names should be ‘I’ll take care of that’! Additionally I must thank Megan & David who stepped in, calmly helping out when my father was unwell. Happily he was absolutely fine the following day. Every member of staff we came into contact with at Stanley House was courteous and accommodating.
