- For your perfect wedding - With exclusive use of our elegant Country House and manicured grounds, we provide you and your guests with an idyllic setting in which to create your perfect day. Whether your wedding is for a select few, or for many, The Old Rectory is the perfect venue. Our 17th Century traditional country house boasts original features such as open fireplaces, exposed beams and tiled floors with an elegant interior throughout. For a modern twist, we created our stunning Orangery, truly combining the old and the new. The bright and airy space framed with tall glass windows adds a touch of nature from our beautiful gardens for your wedding breakfast backdrop. Our Orangery is decorated with stylish simplicity, with natural sunlight bouncing off our glittery floor and perfect white table linen. Our in-house wedding planners spend time ensuring even the finest of details are considered and organised to a high standard. Involved every step of the way, our team will be on hand from start to finish ensuring that your wedding is a truly special day.

Thank you for hosting our wedding day! The perfect venue for the perfect day. All of our guests were fully accommodated with a well stocked bar, dance floor and beautiful surroundings, couldn't of wished for anything better. Our over night guests were impressed with every bedroom and the facilities. The Old Rectory was the perfect, romantic venue that we dreamt about when planning our wedding day. The countryside location is stunning as is the house itself. After witnessing the renovation from start to finish it was truly well worth the wait and is at a high standard. We will certainly book for any future celebrations. My husband and I celebrated our 60th & 50th Birthdays with around 90 other guests at this beautiful venue. Although a new venture, Bella, Christina and the Team at The Old Rectory were keen to ensure that our party flowed with ease, enjoyment and fun and they did not disappoint. They ensured all guests were welcomed with a celebratory drink on arrival and were always on hand to assist throughout the evening but not intrusively so. As a client, you can work with The Old Rectory Team to customise your event, so it is personal to you and your guests. They will guide and help you each step of the way and work hard to ensure your day is a success. Our's was - thank you! Absolutely stunning venue, with beautiful countryside views! They have done an amazing job of renovating. I loved how quirky it is to explore, so many rooms, and all done up to such a high standard.
