Ramster Hall is a private country house nestling on the border of Surrey and West Sussex and surrounded by 25 acres of beautiful parkland and award-winning gardens.
This charming and much-loved family home is licensed for civil ceremonies and offers a choice of characteristically exquisite rooms for your reception. Exclusive use of these stunning rooms and the adjoining private enclosed courtyard make for an intimate celebration whatever the size of your party. As a dedicated wedding venue offering experienced and friendly service, you can look forward to a special wedding retreat in an idyllic countryside setting.

We are so lucky to have these fabulous halls that are so perfect for a wonderful celebration, I really love what we do here and so enjoy that every wedding is individual and special. Ramster Hall was the 1st venue we looked at and we fell in love instantly, we looked at others but none compared. Ramster has a unique charm and character which made it very different to other venues we looked at..the place is amazing. Rosie who manages weddings at Ramster Hall is also superb and was very helpful and acomodating throughout. We could not ask for a better setting for our wedding and our guests loved spending the day there. Jacaranda the caterers were superb - amazing food and such a help on the day and days leading up! So many different ones over the years, a hobby bee keeper who did little jars of homemade honey, the divine aunty who popped in early on the morning of a wedding to put a family tartan ribbon on the back of a wedding cake, its the little touches that make it special...

Yes, but I am not allowed to say!!
What’s your favourite canapé?
hmmmm... canapés are my favourite bit I love them all... the delicious little pork belly bites with apple and wonton crips are fabulous though and the Parmesan and porcini churros with truffle cream, Scallop and pancetta with roast garlic pea purée and deep-fried sage, Seabass ceviche with avocado on tostadas,... I could go on !
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
The Pizza van - woodfire pizzas as chosen by the bride and groom, I love it when they call the pizzas something that means something to them...
What is your venue's most unique feature?
The courtyard, the beams, the huge open fireplace, the history, the gardens
What part of your business are you most proud of?
I am proud of the service we offer and the relationship we have with our couples and I am proud of the way we upkeep the halls, garden and surrounding areas.
