With over 40 years experience and a reputation of delivering exceptional experiences in all areas of the business, we will assist you in your exciting engagement journey from start to finish. Every couple is unique, and therefore we pride ourselves on our ability to create bespoke packages with your budget in mind.
Bathed in natural light, The Glass House ceremony room can seat up to 80 guests and overlooks the landscaped gardens. Adorned with large crystal chandeliers, The Glass House orangery is elegantly furnished and opens out to a large furnished terrace, perfect for a post-ceremony glass of bubbles and carefully crafted canapés!
Whilst outside on your exclusive terrace, enjoy the beautiful surroundings in the gardens of Wickwoods. Nestled amongst mature oak and spurs woodland, you will be sure to create lasting memories in the perfect setting for your photographs.
Once your guests have been called to take their seats, your grand entrance to the Garden Room will be announced. There you will take your seats to enjoy your sumptuous 3 course meal, prepared by some of Sussex's finest chef's.
As the sun begins to set, take in the evening atmosphere as more guests arrive. With built-in uplighters in the trees our landscaped gardens will light up, creating a truly beautiful setting at night.
With twinkly fairy lights creating an enchanting backdrop for your evening reception, take your place beneath our mirrored disco ball and enjoy your first dance as a married couple. Your guests will then join in the fun and dance the night away!
Retire to your Luxury Bridal Suite, complements of Wickwoods, complete with a king size sleigh bed, and balcony overlooking your venue.
The next morning, reminisce over the most magical day of your life with your loved ones at breakfast time before the farewells begin.
Our team will be on hand to assist every step of the way, until they wave you off to enjoy your new life as a married couple!

We couldn’t have asked for any more, I feel like you all went above and beyond. One of my cousins who is 13 has Aspergers and is very fussy with his food. The waiter that took his plate away at the wedding breakfast noticed he didn’t eat very much and the waiter offered to bring him anything he wanted. My cousin was very happy when he was presented with a big bowl of chips (his favourite!) a few minutes later. When he told me the next day, I was so happy and impressed. So again, thank you so very much! I am so sad it’s all over! I just want to thank yourself and everyone at Wickwoods for an absolute top class service, from viewing Wickwoods to check out after our wedding. From our very first meeting with Wickwoods, way back when we started planning the wedding, it was clear to see that they are extremely professional, and everything is carried out to a very high standard. Wendy & Jasmine were always on hand to go through any details we might need, and always made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. On the morning of the big day, they really helped to keep things calm and relaxed, and when the day got started, the organisation & professionalism was second to none. Staff were very attentive, attention to detail was outstanding, and the food was top notch as always. The ceremony in the glass house was absolutely beautiful, and the whole day has been a big hit with everyone. Lots of people have commented that our wedding has been the most chilled wedding they've attended, and everyone was able to really let their hair down. A special mention must go to Wendy, Jasmine, Craig & Matt. They were first class and helped to alleviate any anxiety, so that we could just enjoy our day and take it all in. We had our whole day there, ceremony in the Glass House & our Reception also, the staff were so helpful, friendly & professional throughout the whole day/evening, the food was exceptional, the atmosphere was magical, the rooms were clean & tidy and the grounds are so picturesque. From our first viewing of the venue, Wendy and the team were fantastic, they wanted to help us with whatever they could to make sure we had the perfect day. The venue itself is beautiful, offering a number of spacious rooms, a picturesque outdoor area and terrace and the elegance of the Glass House for your ceremony. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly on the day, getting to know our guests and becoming part of the celebration. The next morning, they even held a special breakfast for us, our guests and friends and family that were staying nearby so we could continue the wedding buzz. The duty managers, James and Jasmine, were both fantastic despite not having met them until the week before - so friendly and welcoming.
