Set in 40 acres of parkland, with lakes, lawns and a sweeping driveway, Leez Priory is an exclusive use wedding venue for your perfect day.
Leez Priory also boasts 15 beautiful bedrooms which are exclusively reserved for you on your wedding night as well as a hidden cottage within the grounds for the Bride and Bridesmaids to stay in the night before the big day.
Civil ceremonies can be performed in any of seven licensed settings including the stunning Great Tower which stands adjacent to the main house and outside beneath the carriageway for a truly unique setting.

- EEllie12/02/2020Memorable Day!Memorable Day!Brilliant wedding venue, Charlotte our wedding planner had things organised to perfection. Due to us living 6 hours away, most of the wedding was organised over phone and email. Charlotte was absolutely brilliant. We did encounter some small issues, but Leez Priory dealt with them professionally and put measures in place to rectify. Food was to die for. I don’t think I’ll ever have beef like it again until we come to a date night! We were fortunate to have an open bar and Leez Priory managed this with us, keeping us in the loop of costs etc. Thanks so much for helping us make our day so memorableBrilliant wedding venue, Charlotte our wedding planner had things organised to perfection. A big thank you to all the staff that made the day so special, the food and service were second to none. We really didn’t want the day to end or leave in the morning. Our wedding planner Keeley was great, so helpful from start to finish.... she even arranged for us to plant a Christmas tree in the grounds of Leez (they were one of our wedding favours) Genuinely couldn’t have hope for anymore, got everything just perfect & wouldn’t have changed a thing. Getting married in the tower was an amazing thing, how many people say they married in a tower? Not too many I’d imagine. All staff were so professional and so helpful throughout the day would totally recommend it, superb thanks so much. You definitely don't go hungry rooms are beautiful and a big thank you to all staff could not fault a thing. We had a fantastic time at my daughter's wedding on new years eve. Though not a castle, we fell in love with it! As if the pictures and videos online weren’t enough, when we visited, we soon found that the location was perfect, the grounds simply beautiful, and staff were incredibly friendly. It was the first venue we visited and we didn’t look anywhere else. We could immediately picture our friends and family there, and could see ourselves roaming the grounds on the day quite happily. On the day, we were not disappointed! The staff were incredibly attentive and our wedding manager, Kelly, (on hand throughout the day) made sure everything ran smoothly. We were too excited to eat much on the day so went back for a dinner date and found the food we'd missed out on was gorgeous! We'll definitely attend future dinner dates at Leez Priory! The house DJ was amazing; he took note of our requests and put together a perfect playlist. He ensured that the song we picked out for a special dedication to a close friend was played immediately after our first dance so that she was there to hear it. He read the room and kept the dance floor full, only playing our alternative and metal tracks towards the end of the evening when most guests had tired themselves out, and we'd had time to make the rounds. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
It would be impossible to single out one wedding! We work incredibly hard to ensure that every couple feels like the first couple to be wed at the Priory and that it is special and personal to them so they are all different in their own way!
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Get your venue and your date booked first. So many other details will naturally fall into place once this is decided that it will make it a lot easier to make decisions.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
Our couples receive exclusive use of the entire house and it is always lovely when they really take over and make it their home for the day. Family photos on the window sills and mantle piece and guests wandering and relaxing at their leisure throughout the day.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
The Tower is such a photographers favourite! Adjacent to the main house and the inner courtyard, you can capture stunning photos dawn, day, dusk and night!
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
Many a time but sadly we have to keep the who and the when to ourselves!
What’s your favourite canapé?
Our office team debate this regularly but as I'm the one on the keyboard it has to be..... chocolate dipped strawberries dressed like mini Brides and Grooms!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Bacon baps without a doubt.
What is your venue's most unique feature?
Probably the fact that we allow our couples to actually use the house all day and overnight. We don't actually permit a marquee so couples and their guests can enjoy their very own Tudor manor house for a day.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
We are all about the weddings. We haven't deviated into events or conferences, for 26 years we have 100% focused on making ourselves the wedding experts.
