Description

The Oak Barn is a beautiful wedding venue in a historic Devon farmstead situated within beautiful rural surroundings, with endless photo opportunities. We are venue only so couples can organise a unique wedding with the suppliers of your choice (though we are happy to make recommendations). We have lived at Hittisleigh Barton since 2000 starting the wedding business in 2012 to fund nature conservation work and the restoration of the six listed buildings on the farm. We have been married 36 years and have three adult children, one granddaughter and two grandsons. We love weddings and the pleasure that the gardens and buildings bring to people. Both here “behind the scenes” doing everything from cutting the grass to cleaning the loos.

The most beautiful venue everThe most beautiful venue ever
We couldn’t rate The Oak Barn highly enough. The venue is so beautiful and unique and everyone commented on how amazing it was. The barn provides for an amazing atmosphere as well for both the wedding breakfast and evening disco.
