Alternatively, for the ultimate sophistication and ambiance, there is our skyline terrace that can accommodate up to 50 guests, or our larger courtyard that fits up to 80 guests.
Either way, we can provide the ultimate ambience for your event.

The staff and the cleaners are well presented the bed and the whole one bedroom apartment was just perfect. We slept so well. We stayed from Boxing Day until the 30th I wish we stayed longer. My wife and I were in a one bedroom which was exceptionally clean.The hotel also provided secured car parking. Great location to the CANBERRA CBD. We were so pleased with our stay that we will always stay at this hotel when coming to CANBERRA.Excellent value Hotel. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. - RRyan Linnegar04/02/2024hotel is clean and modernhotel is clean and modernI recently stayed at The Avenue for a nearby family event. The hotel is clean and modern and in a great location. Our room was spacious and well equipped. The attached pub/restaurant was great for breakfast. The only quibble I would have with the facilities is that the gym equipment could use an update. The reception staff went above and beyond when I accidentally left my wedding room in the room after check out (oops!) - with one front of house staff member personally looking...I recently stayed at The Avenue for a nearby family event. The hotel is clean and modern and in a great location. Our room was spacious and well equipped. The attached pub/restaurant was great for breakfast.
