Loved staying at this property. Everything from the check in with the friendly young man on Friday night to check out was great. The view was delightful, pool, hammocks and gym plenty to do and accommodating to all needs. Will definitely be back!!Loved staying at this property. I think this will be a regular place if I'm around in Batemans Bay. I will definitely come here again. Thank you, Jarrod, and the girls at the restaurant for outstanding service. The room was amazing. Please check room 18, though, in the cupboard where cups are there is a small dead little spider. Didn't bother me, though, as everything was perfect, hence why I gave everything 5 stars. My favourite thing was opening the door and I had the water view. I felt like a queen in my warm. I think this will be a regular place if I'm around in Batemans Bay. I will definitely come here again. Thank you, Jarrod, and the girls at the restaurant for outstanding service. Stayed here overnight on a recent trip. The room was very clean and modern. It was fairly quiet even though it was close to the highway. Reasonably priced. The staff were friendly. I stayed at Lincoln Downs for two nights a couple of weeks ago. I rarely post reviews however I felt compelled to this time for a number of reasons. The number one is I cannot say enough about the staff, every single one of them was amazing but a special mention for Jen the manager. She was just wonderful , kind and efficient. The rooms were beautifully decorated and honestly the food in the restaurant was amazing. So amazing that I ate there on both nights. Thank you so much.
