Our Grande Niagara Ballroom can accommodate up to 700 guests and has the ability to be divided into more intimate rooms for varying sizes of events. With an elegant design including cathedral ceilings, crystal chandeliers and marble dance floors, we have the perfect space for any Niagara event. Our Niagara Room is the perfect for a more intimate event, comfortably accommodating up to 100 guests. This room features two private foyers and a stunning view of the terrace allowing for natural light and an outdoor indoor feel to your event. Our Courtyard provides the perfect outdoor patio setting with lush green garden backdrop for your ceremony or event. It’s sure to be a gorgeous setting on a spectacular day. It comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests and it is the perfect location to say I Do.

It was a pleasure to dj at this venue. It was a pleasure to dj at this venue.
We Dj'd a wedding here and the facility w great, the food was delicious but even better was the staff. These days a venue with helpful, polite and knowledgeable staff is getting harder and harder to find. The employees that night at the wedding, and during the day (while we set up) we're absolutely great to work with! Great wedding reception and dinner. Nice facilities with clean bathrooms. Took a walk around the facilities and they were clean and the staff was friendly. Dinner for the reception was good. So hopefully it was catered through the hotel. Bar services were good and staff were helpful. I would definitely consider using this facility if I had a company event or training. I was here for my brothers wedding February 18, I was surprised how nice the venue was. The service was good, the food was mediocre. The bartender Denise was the best! Attended my niece's wedding at the Americana last weekend, the service was excellent, the venue was beautiful and modern and the food was amazing!!!. I only live 25 min from the location so I didn't stay overnight, however my family members that stayed said the rooms were clean, modern and comfortable.Attended my niece's wedding at the Americana last weekend, the service was excellent, the venue was beautiful and modern and the food was amazing!!!. My daughter had her wedding there recently and I can't thank Stephanie the event planner enough for all of her help. She was amazing and deserving of a raise for everything and her crew accomplished. It turned out beautifully and a special thanks to the housekeeper who cleaned the guest list mirror and the carpet the next day. You were all terrific and amazing. I recommend the Americana for any special events. You won't be sorry.My daughter had her wedding there recently and I can't thank Stephanie the event planner enough for all of her help. Great venueGreat venue
Great venue, a little off the beaten path but that’s ok, they have rooms, a spa, arcade, restaurants and a waterpark. Also if you are looking for a wedding venue they are the best! Been here for well over 15 weddings, parties, etc…. Prices are normally pretty reasonable for a room as well. If you come to Niagara and looking to stay away from the tourist area this is your spot.Great venue, a little off the beaten path but that’s ok, they have rooms, a spa, arcade, restaurants and a waterpark.
