Hilary our wedding coordinator was a breath of fresh air taking care of every detail. Our wedding was flawless, the food perfection. The staff from bellhops to bartenders to cooks to front desk staff took such good care of us. We only have good things to say about the Banff Park Lodge.This hotel catered and hosted my wedding. Wanda, our conference manager was extremely easy to work with and kind throughout the entire process. From the moment we arrived on the Thursday before the wedding everything was astonishing. Every staff member was very helpful and friendly the entire time we were there. Anything you needed they were willing to do promptly. The reception was perfect and everything went according to plan...We had our wedding reception at Banff Park Lodge July 25, 2015. Everything was absolutely perfect. The location close to downtown is phenomenal, and the prices on both the rooms for guests and venue space were extremely reasonable. The staff was communicative and very easy and pleasant to work with in the lead-up to the event, and very amenable when we had to delay a year due to COVID. The food and service at the dinner were amazing, and all our guests enjoyed the food and space...We had our wedding reception at Banff Park Lodge and the venue, service, and communication were unbeatable.
