We had a great experience with Bow View Lodge. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Great location only 1 min walk to the shops and the main street. The staff were awesome. Thank you for a great experience on a first trip to Banff.. And Bonus view just outside..We had a great experience with Bow View Lodge. Rooms were very clean and tidy. I would give this place 10 stars. The room was gorgeous. Jacuzzi tub. French press ! Gourmet tea ! Clean. Incredible gym. Sauna. Steam. Free laundry ! Amazing staff ! I absolutely loved my stay at the Bow View Lodge it’s my second time staying here and both times have been wonderful with excellent service. Jayson at the front desk answered all my questions and was more than helpful with suggestions and help with the room. All and all the bow view is a great choice to stay in Banff. Especially with Jayson at the front desk to answer all your questions and concerns. I stayed here back in September 2023. I had a great room (109) and enjoyed the stay very much. I appreciate the little details like giving a bottle of mouthwash in the bathroom. The room was very clean and it was huge. The glassware was clean, the ice machine worked, and the AC and heating worked. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. This was my second favorite hotel out of over 5 hotels I tried in Banff and I'll definitely be coming back!I stayed here back in September 2023.
