Best hotel experience I've ever had. From the wonderful front desk girl to the valets and concierges, all the staff are so unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. Luiz gave us amazing recommendations for brunch options. The pool and hot tub were great, and we really enjoyed our room as well. The hotel grounds are very clean. Overall, we give all the staff 5 stars! Wish I knew the names of the concierges and valets, who all went above and beyond in terms of quality of service. We stayed at Coast Hotel for 4 nights and we loved our experience here. The staff were friendly and helpful during check in and check out, our room was modern and clean. The bed, sheets and pillows were comfortable, I had the best sleep here. We were in the outdoor pool and hot tub every day. The facility was kept very clean and towels were always in stock. The hotel is in a very safe and convenient area, just steps away from restaurants, Canada Place and Robson Street. This is a fantastic hotel. Gorgeous room, great view, excellent service, and perfect location to stay prior to our cruise. The restaurant on-site (Preston’s) is outstanding. Really enjoyed our stay here - myself and a friend visiting from the UK stayed here for 4 nights on the first leg of our Canada trip. The rooms were a good size and beds were SO comfy, room was clean and amenities were all you needed. Especially if you get a view facing the water it’s amazing to wake up to every day. Staff at the concierge were so lovely and helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay here - myself and a friend visiting from the UK stayed here for 4 nights on the first leg of our Canada trip. This is a great hotel, centrally located and very nicely appointed. The staff make you feel genuinely welcomed. My room was spotless, had a nice view and plenty of space. It was easy to walk to many places. They provide valet parking too which was convenient for me since I was in town at a very busy holiday weekend.This is a great hotel, centrally located and very nicely appointed.
