Our elegant Nephin Suite can accommodate up to 380 guests with its own cocktail bar and outside private courtyard, both ideal for your drinks reception. Alternatively, for a more intimate celebration, the O'Raifteiri Suite can accommodate up to 120 guests.
Guests are offered the option of staying in one of our luxury bedrooms, perfect to relax in before and after the celebrations. With so much to discover in the local area, from exploring the coastline, to walking the great Western Greenway, extending their stay over a few days will mean your wedding is a real event for friends and family.
Knockranny House Hotel & Spa is an approved venue to host Civil Ceremonies and Civil Partnership Ceremonies.
We would love for you to come view our O'Raifteirí Suite, which is ideal for large ceremonies of up to 200 guests. We also have other suites available to cater for more intimate gatherings. Our ceremony suites are beautifully decorated, with ample natural lighting, stunning crystal chandeliers and dressed with chair cover, sashes, floral arrangements and a traditional red carpet entrance create a warm and elegant ambiance for your civil ceremony.
Our experience wedding coordinator will assist you with the careful planning of all aspects of your wedding from the ceremony through to the wedding meal and celebrations afterwards.

Her knowledge, help, and calmness in everything was simply amazing. She is without a doubt, a credit to this hotel and what she does. She was so fast to reply to any question and couldn’t do enough for us in the lead-up to our wedding. I could just go on and on with how amazing she was. The hotel itself is fabulous. From the minute I walked in to view Knockranny, I knew this was where we wanted to get married. The ballroom is stunning, the reception/cocktail lounge is such a lovely bonus to have. Somewhere where our guests could all relax and be together before dinner. The food is exceptional, to this day, people still talk about how good the food was at our wedding. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable and feel luxurious. The staff were & are so attentive, always checking to see did we need anything throughout the day. The day went perfectly and we will always look back on our wedding day with such happiness. This is thanks to all the help we received from numerous people throughout the build-up and on the day but our day would not have been perfect only for Claire! Claire and Anna made the whole process of planning so easy for us and kept this sometimes far too laid back couple on track to make sure it all came together on the day. Nothing we asked was too much for the team at Knockranny and our family and friends are still telling us about the amazing food and service 7 months on! The accommodation was beautiful and our guests were all amazed by the size of the bedrooms. We can't recommend Knockranny House Hotel and Spa enough as a wedding venue. Claire and Anna made the whole process of planning so easy for us and kept this sometimes far too laid back couple on track to make sure it all came together on the day. Claire was brilliant throughout the whole process - always a quick reply over email to all our questions. It really made our lives a lot easier when planning such a big event overseas!
