The Millhouse wedding venue Meath is the perfect exclusive wedding venue for your special day. The elegant Georgian Manor House and dramatic Mill ceremony room sit on the banks of the River Boyne. This wedding venue can become your own exclusive country house for your wedding day. Bespoke weddings in an alternative wedding venue. Our wedding team has compiled an extensive directory - whether it is flowers, leaves, or pumpkins that you require, from scented candles to piñatas it can all be found in our wedding directory. We also offer recommendations for photographers, entertainment, car hire, cakes & alternative accommodation. Our directory is emailed over to you on confirmation of your booking. All packages include a red carpet on arrival with tea lights & candles throughout the Mill, Pavilion and Main House and a large easel to display your table plan and seasonal flowers in the River Suite drawing rooms. We are happy to help you bring your themes and ideas to life. Our team will co-ordinate with you to arrange a décor day or Bridal drop before your wedding.

I had the privilege of being the videographer for a local couple's wedding, and I can confidently say that the service we received from the moment we arrived until the last dance was truly outstanding. Every detail of the experience exceeded our expectations and deserved nothing less than a 5-star rating!! In addition to the impeccable service, the venue's grounds and facilities were absolutely remarkable. The culinary experience at the wedding was nothing short of exceptional. Fell in love with the venue!Fell in love with the venue!
We first stepped foot in The Millhouse 1 week after our engagement and fell in love with the venue! We were met by Valerie who brought us on a tour of the venue and talked us through how the day would run she was so calm and knowledgeable we were instantly sold! Valerie and the whole team were always there to answer questions big or small! The Millhouse removed any stress and made the run up so enjoyable the way it should be! Alongside Lisa, her team are Fantastic; Celine, Jenna, Lea. We recently had our wedding at at The Millhouse in Slane and couldn't have asked for a better experience in terms of service. Leah, Jenna, and Lisa were absolutely fantastic—so friendly and professional! They truly went out of their way to resolve any issues that arose during the day, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The food was incredible, with the lamb, chicken and chorizo, and paella being highlights of the menu. All our guests raved about it! We recently had our wedding at at The Millhouse in Slane and couldn't have asked for a better experience in terms of service. As a supplier I work as a wedding DJ it's a pleasure to work here. Staff are courteous and in general it is well staffed . When I have spoken to newly wed couples are always very happy with the service. We could not recommend this venue enough. From the months and weeks leading up to the day, the morning of the day itself to the early morning hours the following day(!), the staff were so helpful in making the day run seamlessly. Special shout-out to Celine and Caroline who kept everything in order and the nerves under control! Everyone complimented the venue and it truly is a magical place to get married. People are still raving about the food!We could not recommend this venue enough. We cannot say enough good things about The Millhouse! We live in Chicago and booked it sight unseen for our wedding, trusting all the amazing reviews and our friends who attended the food tasting & tour and we were not disappointed. We held our 4 day wedding here with the welcome party on the river terrace, wedding in the ceremony room and pavilion and our recovery party in the orangery and lawn. The service was top notch, the food was incredible and the team was outstanding. We cannot say enough good things about The Millhouse! I'm a wedding videographer and worked in The Millhouse last week. The food and staff was absolutely fantastic. Both myself and the photographer on the day were very impressed by the wedding coordinator, Jenna. She kept the entire day going and on time. She made sure there couple, staff, and vendors were all looked after. Neither of us had experienced anything like this before in Ireland. This was my first time shooting a wedding video here and I cannot wait to return. Thank you Millhouse. I'm a wedding videographer and worked in The Millhouse last week.
