Excellent Service Excellent Service
The hotel is in located in a small street, room is not as large as expected, but very clean. My room has a balcony which can see two mosques. The most impressive part of the hotel is their service though. You can feel the hotel staff from the welcome person in the airport to the manager are all very friendly and respectful. They obviously provide their service with sincerity, not for tips. My daughter forgot her backpack in the transit shuttle, the driver did not find it until he was back. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Samaan Grand and I must say, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They made me feel right at home throughout my stay. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Amazing place to stay in Male city. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Most importantly Friendly staff and excellent service. Also, must try their really nice morning breakfast with amazing sea view. The staff and the welcoming were super. They offer a shuttle service from and to the airport which was punctual and highly appreciated. The rooms are new , nice and clean, very comfortable even if probably too small for a long stay. They also have a rooftop with a restaurant with a nice view and good food with more than affordable prices. Overall we had a good experience, even if we stpen only 1 night in Malè.The staff and the welcoming were super. We stayed here overnight on our way to our resort and absolutely loved it. The staff were waiting for us at the airport and again when we entered the hotel. Check in was smooth and quick. The room was great, clean and comfy - we had a balcony room with views of the water and airport. Breakfast was really delicious - lots to pick from as well as freshly cooked eggs to your liking. Best of all, the staff here were incredibly friendly and kind. We stayed here overnight on our way to our resort and absolutely loved it.
