The staff did a decent job of clearance of plates and topping of water. They also served muslim food. Place is spacious but might be due to covid situation. She was very helpful and dedicated since the beginning until the day of the event to give us the wedding we wanted ❤. I had Anson 3 and 4 Hall for our ROM Ceremony and reception and both are spacious enough for our 50 guests. The venue is well decorated and I really loved how classy it was. ❤ The service of Ms Kimberly's Team was also great. I engaged M Hotel as our wedding venue this Sept 2022 with the help of Ms Kimberly Kung as our wedding coordinator. She was very helpful and dedicated since the beginning until the day of the event to give us the wedding we wanted ❤. I had Anson 3 and 4 Hall for our ROM Ceremony and reception and both are spacious enough for our 50 guests. The venue is well decorated and I really loved how classy it was. ❤ The service of Ms Kimberly's Team was also great.

The hotel coordinator Kimberly, not only is she detailed and quick in her reply despite her busy schedule. She give me lots of suggestion and tips to make my wedding a smooth and successful one. Any problem and question I encountered is all solved by her top problem solving skills. On the actual day she introduced me to the banquet manger Hafiz, who is in charge of my big day music, food and etc. I engaged M Hotel to host my wedding banquet and they are just the best! The hotel coordinator Kimberly, not only is she detailed and quick in her reply despite her busy schedule. She give me lots of suggestion and tips to make my wedding a smooth and successful one. Any problem and question I encountered is all solved by her top problem solving skills. I had a wedding dinner and tea ceremony planned out for a close buddy of mine and from the site visit to the end of the event, everything ran smoothly. We liaised with Joey and she was able to give many inputs and advice based on her experience and passion for her job. She was also prompt in responding to our queries and assisted us with the setting up at the reception. Superb experience at the banquet suite.
