Bill made the cake for our wedding in December 2017 and did a brilliant job. It wasn't your classic wedding cake, we went with three indulgent tiers of chocolate instead! The cake looked great and tasted even better. Even more impressively, it lasted for more than a week - so we were still tucking into our wedding sponge eight days later! We have enormous pleasure in nominating Bill for this award. Bill's cake "made" our wedding! We wanted the day to be fun and reflect a sense of humour, of who we are. The day itself was ace, - but the "icing on the cake" was the cake itself. - Guests were laughed their socks off (Steve, fortunately kept his kilt on!). - And it tasted amazing. Highly recommended!

I can't praise Bill enough.... He made my wedding cake and it was perfect! I went for a gravity defying 5 tier cake all out of sponge, which was to die for. He produced an amazing cake that everyone still comments about. Thank you Bill
