I started Jax's Cakes 'N' Bakes in January 2014 creating bespoke cakes, then in 2017 I expanded to offer event catering as well. I specialise in bespoke hand made wedding cakes and personalised event catering. Creating everything at my custom built kitchen based in Shebbear, North Devon. ​ I deliver your wedding cake the morning of your wedding to set it up ready for your big day. I have a great team to call on for any waitressing and will even serve welcome drinks if required. ​I am very lucky that I get to travel across Devon and North Cornwall to some beautiful wedding venues. Jax's Cakes 'N' Bakes is registered with Torridge District Council with a 5 star food hygiene rating and fully insured. I have a Food Hygiene certificate, Allergy Food Training, an Award in Level 1 Cake Decorating and an Award in Level 1 Sugar Flowers. I am a member of the North Devon Wedding Network and the National Assoiciation of Wedding Professionals.
