Michelin-trained chef Dharam Ramlogan has worked in some of the most demanding kitchens in London and Paris, under the direction of some of the biggest names in fine dining – most notably Angela Hartnett, Mark Askew, Sean Burbidge and Jean-François Piège.
Using a wide range of cooking techniques and skills, Dharam and his team have used their imagination to create food for a Great Gatsby themed wedding and birthday party, Brazilian samba wedding with rotisserie churrascaria, amongst others
