We are a family run business offering a personal, professional service. We supply balloons for all occasioons aswell as chair covers and sashes. A free personal consultation is available on request to help and advice you. We are available 7 days a week and our prices include delivery and set up within a 15 mile radius of Plymouth. We are fully qualified and certified with NABAS and use top quality products.
