Flowers by Eve

On booking our dream venue, we knew that we needed to have an equally dreamy florist. Consulting the trusted suppliers list the venue we had chosen, we stumbled upon the name Flowers by Eve. Finding out that Nicola (the owner) lived only a few minutes away from us at the time in South-West London made it even more special and I arranged an appointment to talk all things flowers. After 5 mins, I (and my wonderful Mum) knew this was the lady to create our wedding floral displays. I had already gathered photos of how I wanted the venue to look and the style we were going for. Trying to create an "English Country Garden" vibe in November was going to be a challenge - but with Nicola steering the ship, I didn't need to be worried. Advising that peonies wouldn't be available at that time of year and that David Austin roses were the way to go, she could tell from my expression which collections were ticking the boxes and I trusted her vision completely. With quick and easily laid out quotes, great communication and a friendly approach, this was the best meeting I had during the entire wedding process. On 11.11.2017 every arrangement on the day was stunning and my bridal bouquet was simply exquisite. Flowers By Eve deserves to go from strength to strength - and I have no doubt that it will!

Where to start?! Organising a wedding from New Zealand was always going to be a challenge but Nicola couldn't have made it a simpler or more enjoyable process. She was always open to suggestions, odd requests for random garden flower inclusions and had a huge amount of patience! Moving away from the current ivory and blush trend, Nicola created a beautiful array of flowers in an explosion of colour and texture- smashing the brief out of the park! I had so many comments from my guests about how fantastic they looked and they were enjoyed for many days afterwards. Can we do it again?!

We just wanted to say a huge thank you for the incredible flowers for our wedding this summer. We absolutely adored them and I was completely overwhelmed walking into the ceremony room for the first time with everything in place. The mix of flowers and colours was just perfect and I really can't express how much I loved them! The number of compliments we got on the day was amazing and I wish we could have recorded them all for you. Thank you as well for helping our parents out the day after as they came to collect some of the flowers. We were able to send a collection of them to my grandparents who weren't able to make it and they were really happy to be able to see them in person.

Hi Nicola, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the absolutely stunning flowers at our wedding last Saturday. Right from meeting you for the first time at your home with my mum, you were so helpful, inspired and friendly. After following you on Instagram during the months leading up to our wedding, I must admit I had very high hopes for your creations, but I was simply blown away on the day! Everything was perfect from the buttonholes to the bouquets, table arrangements to hanging ivy....just wow! It was everything I had envisaged and more. Hi Nicola, We just wanted to drop you a quick line to say that the flowers yesterday absolutely blew us away. Thank you for my stunning bouquet and the beautiful bridesmaids bouquets they could not have been more perfect. It was really special having the rosemary in there. We loved all the blue mixed in with the pink in the Mulberry room and the lovely flower arch. You and Elle did such a wonderful job with the cake too. Everyone loved the beautiful staircase - it was so stunning and made me so happy all day. The flowers really made it and I just wanted to stay in the moment with all the gorgeous flowers forever. Hi Nicola! Hope you had a wonderful Christmas. We just wanted to send you a little note (before we get cracking on some official thank you letters which will likely be a few months!) to thank you for the most MAGICAL flower & candle set ups for our wedding. Just to name a few things, the flower bouquets were beyond stunning, the staircase was gorgeous, the flower girl headbands and Bella the dogs floral collar were absolutely adorable and the dining room was STUNNING! It was everything I'd dreamed of and more, we are so grateful for turning the venue into a beautiful candle lit palace! xxxx
