Start early. Make sure you give yourself enough time for people to reply, as you don't want to be still working out the seating plan a week before the big day.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Describe your typical process with a couple.
What is the most important piece of stationery for a wedding and why?
The invitation, with out a doubt. It's how you tell your guests what to expect from the day. The invitation sets the tone for the whole affair - how formal it will be, if and how you're going to wine and dine them.
What is your best seller?
We've a few: our Colour-In place cards, which are unique to us; our test tube favours, which go down a treat with guests; and our Hogwarts Express invitations, which are our favourites.
