We are not a Manor, Hall or Estate. We are not a Barn, Hotel or Estate, we are ASHFIELD HOUSE. When couples take over exclusively for their wedding day, our house becomes like their home and we become like their extended family! Our house is a gorgeous blank canvas for weddings, it is grand yet homely and is jam packed full of quirky details (old and new) yet somehow manages to soak up the personality of each couple. The atmosphere here is full of love and joy, probably because of the absolute legends that make up our wedding team, busy doing their dream job day in day out! Our house and our team are laid back, fun, creative and wild – but not so hipster your Nan wont approve! We are not normal… being an independent family business means we let couples do their thing without a load of rules getting in the way. We love drinking coffee and brainstorming about how to make weddings awesome – and with a layout designed specifically for weddings, mind blowing in house catering and 15 guest bedrooms we really do ace it. Shameless brag, we’ve won the UK’s best venue (town/city) 2017, 2018 and 2019 and for 2020 we are living the dream as judges! We never stop evolving, much like Madonna Queen of Reinvention, we close each year to redecorate, renovate and populate our house with very lovely new things.

The venue is amazing, the staff were so wonderful, helpful and creative. I can’t rave enough about them! You feel like a part of a lovely family. They’re so warm and friendly and you feel like you’re the only couple getting married! If you’re looking for a fantastic venue. Then this is it! From start to finish the staff at Ashfield house were brilliant. Everything ran perfectly and we were so happy. My mum got married at the same venue 2 years later that's how good it was! The service at Ashfield house was outstanding...The service at Ashfield house was outstanding...
The service at Ashfield house was outstanding, they made our wedding day absolute perfect! It was the most beautiful day. They even made the build up towards the wedding less stressful which helped with having our 10 week old baby! All the guest praised the food, it was delicious. We've got some of our preview photographs through from the photographer and they are stunning, he made full use of the gorgeous settings, and the building which was stunning. Cannot praise them enough, it was perfect.The service at Ashfield house was outstanding, they made our wedding day absolute perfect! It was the most beautiful day. Excellent wedding venue, beautiful. When we looked around at the open evening we fell in love with it and booked it there and then for the following year. Nothing is too much trouble for katie and her team everything we wanted for our day was sorted no problem. The wedding food was amazing and so yummy we had so many comments about how good the food was and was such a fantastic venue, everything just flows so well at Ashfield and was just want we wanted for our special day it really was perfect.Excellent wedding venue, beautiful. Our wedding planner was really helpful us and helped us decide what we wanted for our day nothing was too much trouble and everything we requested was sorted. We went to the regular open evenings to get ideas for our day and chat to the team. Every time you to Ashfield it gets better and better. We liked the way they look after the building and keep up with the latest trends and it's such a great place to get married in and ideal for lots of photos inside or out.Our wedding planner was really helpful us and helped us decide what we wanted for our day nothing was too much trouble and everything we requested was sorted. Team were fantastic. Catered to our every need and made us feel really special and important. Nothing was too much for the guys at Ashield house on the run up to and our wedding. Even the morning after there was no rushed atmosphere at breakfast and checkout for our overnight guests. All the team were really personable and helpful. Definitely deserving of best team award!!Team were fantastic. Catered to our every need and made us feel really special and important. My wedding was absolutely amazing...My wedding was absolutely amazing...
My wedding was absolutely amazing, all the guests were in awe of the beauty of the venue and the food was to die for. We were very well looked after all day and nothing was too much for the staff, who although very attentive, were also very discreet meaning we really felt the venue was our own for the day.My wedding was absolutely amazing, all the guests were in awe of the beauty of the venue and the food was to die for. we had a small wedding brekfast of 18...we had a small wedding brekfast of 18...
we had a small wedding brekfast of 18 and 50 in the evening. I was a little concerned that we would be too small of a function for them. NOT AT ALL.. We had amazing service throughout. Katie and her staff did an amazing job of moving my floral decorations from room to room ceremony room, dressed the dinner table fabulously and then into the eve reception. NOTHING at all was too much trouble. Food 1St class. They did all they could to make our day wonderful memorable occassion.we had a small wedding brekfast of 18 and 50 in the evening.
