We pride ourselves on flexibility and personal service as we believe every wedding is unique. Banchory Lodge Hotel is licensed to hold religious, civil and humanist ceremonies within the hotel and on the beautiful grounds, on the banks of the River Dee. Our recently refurbished function suite can cater for up to 100 guests for your wedding breakfast and offers stunning views of the grounds and gardens. For evening receptions, we can cater for a further 30 guests, and we have a large dance floor perfect for a ceilidh. You can also enjoy exclusive use of Cobbleheugh House, our private 3 storey house with its own garden and stunning views of the river and surrounding countryside. It has 6 en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge/dining room and separate snug, both of which have open fires. Why not start the celebrations early with a pre-wedding BBQ or supper for your family and friends?

Included in this price: Master of ceremonies, silver or log base cake stand and knife, crisp white linen cloths and napkins, the finest cutlery, glassware and crockery, aisle carpet for the ceremony, PA system and radio microphone for speeches, background music facility, complimentary overnight stay with full Scottish breakfast for the newlyweds, allocation of rooms and discounted rates for friends and family. Drinks are an additional cost.

We offer two food packages, and 3 drinks packages at Banchory Lodge Hotel, so that each couple can tailor their wedding to their needs. Our Lodge Package is £49 per person, and includes a 3 course wedding breakfast, followed by tea, coffee and sweet treats. Our 'Top Notch' Package is £55 per person, and offers an elevated menu for the 3 course wedding breakfast and tea, coffee and sweet treats. Our drinks packages are the following: 'Prosecco Lovers' - £25 per person, and includes a glass of Prosecco for the reception, 2 glasses of wine for the reception meal, and a glass of Prosecco for the toast. 'Love Them Both' - £30 per person, and includes a glass of Prosecco for the reception, 2 glasses of wine for the reception meal, and a glass of Delamotte Champagne for the toast. 'Champagne All Round' - £34 per person, and includes a glass of Delamotte Champagne for the reception, 2 glasses of wine for the reception meal, and a glass of Delamotte Champagne for the toast. We also have a fabulous canape menu, and a variety of options for your evening buffet.

All staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The food was 5 star and our guests complimented the hotel on the meal.
