Blacknest Golf & Country Club is set in the stunning Hampshire countryside near Farnham, surrounded by 100 acres of parkland and fields beyond. Whether you are planning a traditional wedding, or something more alternative we offer a bespoke service to make it a wonderful day to remember. From your initial enquiry, through to overseeing the smooth running of the occasion itself, our helpful and experienced staff will be with you every step of the way. One of the most important aspects of your day is food, whether you want a traditional wedding breakfast, handcrafted bowl food, mouthwatering canapés or an indulgent English BBQ showcasing local produce - we will ensure that each menu is tailored to your needs and invite each couple in for a complementary tasting before the big day. Our beautiful Woodlands Events Tipi is able to cater for 80 - 150 seated guests, and up to 220 evening guests. It consists of three nordic hats and is on-site from May to September each year. With the addition of our Outdoor Pavilion, which is also licensed for Civil Ceremonies, it makes it the perfect spot for an outdoor, rustic or festival style Wedding. We also offer year-round Weddings in our modern and stylish Clubhouse. We have multiple areas available to host your Civil Ceremony for 60 - 100 guests and our Function Room seats up to 100 guests for a Wedding Breakfast and hosts up to 150 evening guests. Each room is neutrally decorated, giving you the opportunity to add your own personal touches and decorations to make it truly unique. Inside the Clubhouse we also have 5 guest bedrooms, including a Bridal Suite overlooking the grounds, which is the perfect addition to offer accommodation to those special people on the day. A day that we will remember forever!A day that we will remember forever!
Thank you all for making our wedding day, a day that we will remember forever! Hayley and her team at Blacknest were amazing! They worked tirelessly and nothing was too much! The Tipi’s were the perfect location for our wedding and everything played out exactly as we wanted it too (thank you to the golfers who were so kind during our pictures!), even the sun came out to play! Having the pagoda for outside shade and haybales and sofas outside was fantastic it meant everyone was able to be comfortable whether they wanted to be inside or out. We had such a fantastic fun filled day and everyone from Blacknest made the day run perfectly. Having children at a wedding isn’t everyone’s thing, but being able to have children outside, playing garden games mean such a lot to so many of our guests. The welcome drinks flowed and allowed us to have some photos whilst our guests waited, the food was delicious and served with a smile, the rooms were lovely, the bar was well stocked and everything was just perfect! If you are looking for a venue for your wedding book Blacknest, you will not be disappointed! Thank you all for making our wedding day, a day that we will remember forever! Venue is very unique and our guests were blown away by how nice it was. Very relaxed and flexible venue, no excessive rules and will cater for whatever food/drink you want. Hayley and the team have been great from start to finish of our wedding planning, doing their best to make our day what we wanted. The venue is a such a gem and we are so glad we found it – the day and setting couldn’t have been more perfect from the Tipi, the pavillion, the food, the camping facilities, we couldn’t fault any of it. We had the most amazing Wedding Day which Blacknest helped to make as magical and amazing as we imagined. The venue is a beautiful Tipi with a relaxed feel amongst beautiful grounds. We had garden games set up outside, a photo booth camper and an ice cream camper, which all worked perfectly and nothing was too much for the lovely Blacknest staff to help make it happen. The team were very accommodating with our ideas. The woodlands Tipi fitted our Wedding perfectly. A unique beautiful venue which wowed our guests. We toasted marshmallows, lit sparklers on the fire pit. The kids were able to play safely and happily outside. We were able to personalize the Tipi with our own touches of bunting, flowers, balloons to really make it our own. The staff were professional and helpful, assisting us in every way possible. Hayley and her team were outstanding with their support, advice and reassurance. We never felt like we were being a nuisance and messages and emails were responded to quickly and efficiently. The rooms were all set up in time and at no time did I feel like they weren't in control. All food and beverages were fantastic and our guests complimented the food from canapes, to three course meal to evening food. I can't tell you how happy we were with everything and how well we felt the day went.Hayley and her team were outstanding with their support, advice and reassurance.
