We couldn't have picked a better venue!We couldn't have picked a better venue!
I don't even know where to start with beginning to thank Carus for their massive involvement in our wedding weekend. We've truly had the most incredibly, perfect time. Everyone at Carus has been phenomenal, in particular Nicola and Lisa! I'd also like to personally thank Amy who did a wonderful job at looking after us and worked so, so hard! We felt like everyone went above and beyond to help make our weekend special. Of all the lovely places in the Lake District, we honestly don't think we could have picked a better venue than Carus Green. Having all the fantastic facilities on site just helped to make the entire weekend perfect. I cannot recommend Carus enough as a wedding venue, a restaurant, a weekend retreat or even a quick stop off for a drink to take in the beautiful surroundings! Couldn't have asked for a better venueCouldn't have asked for a better venue
On Saturday 9th April, my husband and I used Carus Green for our wedding breakfast and evening reception. We had 110 guests to the day do and 170 to the evening. As far as we're concerned, we couldn't have picked a better venue. Stunning views, beautiful food, 5* accommodation for all our family and the perfect setting for our photographs (we were lucky with the weather!!) Nicola, the events coordinator went above and beyond to make sure our day was all we'd hoped! I'm abit of a control freak and I have every faith in Nicola and she made sure everything went to plan. Thank you! Emma and Lisa in the office made sure our stay in the beautiful accommodation was perfect. The bedrooms were decorated to high standards and the communal areas in the townhouses were perfect for us to host our family on the Sunday after the wedding. We couldn't have wished for a more perfect day and we have the staff at Carus Green to thank for that. All our guests agreed and commented on what a cracking venue we had chosen! Went above and beyond Went above and beyond
We just wanted to say a huge thank you for everything you and the team have done towards Hollie and Stefan's wedding party last weekend (20 Apr 19). You were so helpful all the time leading up to the event, on the day itself and definitely went above and beyond many times I am sure. Lots of family and friends have complimented your venue, the food and running of the day and that is down to you and the functions team. The weather was just an added bonus and made the whole weekend. We appreciated all the last minute printing and moving flowers etc and we thought the arch repositioned through the door was a great idea. Anyway thanks again for everything, we will definitely recommend Carus Green as a fantastic wedding venue. 'An absolute success''An absolute success'
I felt I had to write and thank everyone who took part in the wedding on Saturday. From start to finish it was an absolute success. I'm certain they couldn't have chosen a better venue. Starting with the wedding suite, the tables looked lovely when we entered the room. I know you didn't organise the weather but it could not have been better and made the views all the more spectacular and stunning. The food was arranged beautifully on our plates and tasted great so thanks to the chef and kitchen staff. The waiting on staff were very efficient in getting all that food out to so many people so quickly. They were all very attentive, helpful and nothing was too much trouble that includes the bar staff too, who also managed to keep the queues down! It was all so well co-ordinated thanks to you Nicola. All the guests I spoke to were very complimentary. Many thanks to you and your team for making the wedding such a special day, and one I don't think any of us will forget, especially Jamie and Amy.
