Compton Verney is a renowned art gallery in Warwickshire set in a restored Georgian mansion with 120 acres of carefully designed parkland. With a choice of 6 ceremony locations including our beautifully restored onsite Chapel you can have the bespoke wedding you dreamed of.
Hold your ceremony in our peaceful Chapel followed by drinks in our classical Italian art galleries. Then let your guests marvel at the ornate ceiling and original marble floor in our grand Adam Hall during your wedding breakfast. See Adam Hall transformed into the perfect party destination to continue the celebrations into the night.
We specialise in crafting bespoke wedding packages and only hold one wedding at a time so our dedicated Events team will be with you every step of the way to ensure you have your wedding, your way. At Compton Verney you are spoilt for choice in terms of the spaces that suit you and every wedding here is unique for that very reason!

- EEmily & David11/07/2020We didn't look anywhere else!We didn't look anywhere else!Our wedding at Compton Verney was a dream come true, I had grown up visiting CV and had always been in awe of the most amazing building, artwork and grounds and when it came to choosing our wedding venue I couldn't think of anywhere better to celebrate our marriage. I took my fiancé to visit and he fell in love with it too - we didn't look anywhere else! And we booked CV the very same week. We had the most perfect day with all our friends and family, with memories we shall treasure forever. The staff were so friendly and made the day flow seamlessly, we wouldn't change a thing!!Our wedding at Compton Verney was a dream come true, I had grown up visiting CV and had always been in awe of the most amazing building, artwork and grounds and when it came to choosing our wedding venue I couldn't think of anywhere better to celebrate our marriage. The venue were great at helping our ideas come to life and supported our ideas making them all possible. The catchphrase I came to love was “yes, we can do that”. The day itself was fantastic, the food was outstanding and the day flowed so smoothly, thanks to the hard work and politeness and friendliness of all of the staff- thank you all so much! Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
It is difficult to chose the best, there are 3 wedding coordinators and we would all chose a different wedding!
My personal favourite was one of our smallest weddings. Our lovely bride got ready next door and I collected her for her interview in Women's Library having chaperoned her groom to the chapel!
The most intimate ceremony took place in our beautiful Chapel before they rang the bell as we directed guests outside ready for the confetti exit. Drinks and canapes followed, beside the lake in the glorious sunshine and the party of 40 then had their wedding breakfast in our beautiful Naples Gallery. We opened the doors into Adam Hall which we had set for dancing, they cut the cake on the starlit floor and the best band had them all dancing for hours! During the band break, fireworks, fire eaters and dancers entertained guests in the courtyard, they used every part of our stunning venue and it was such a joy to work!
