New for 2020 – we are now licensed for outdoor civil ceremonies for up to 180 guests in our beautiful gardens. Your guest can look on while you exchange vows under our newly constructed wooden gazebo

We pride ourselves on ensuring that your day will be one you’ll remember forever.
Nestled alongside the stunning Charlecote Manor & Deer Park and opposite the historic t Leonard’s church, our attractive rural retreat is set in beautiful gardens which is the ideal venue for your special day and perfect setting for your treasured photographs.
Our dedicated team are here to look after you, and we are highly experienced in ensuring the day will run as smoothly as possible, for you and your guests.
We would be delighted to talk to you about ideas and share some new ones with you – to turn a great day into an unforgettable one.
Our beautiful Hampton Suite, originally the old hayloft dating back to the 16th century is situated within the hotel grounds. It has its own private outdoor space, lounge, main room and distinctive bar. It is licensed for civil ceremonies (indoor & outside), so you may take your vows and say ‘I do’ in front of your friends and family.
Mingle with your guests in our gardens for your drinks reception and canapes and your wedding breakfast will be set up just as you planned it. We know that your wedding day is the realisation of your dreams, so let us offer you a variety of flexible wedding packages or tailor-make your day so it is an individual as you are.
We can accommodate up to 180 guests for your civil ceremony, 120 for your wedding reception and up to 200 for an informal evening buffet reception.

We gathered in the room and chatted over drinks where we weren't rushed to be seated at our table. We would therefore like you to convey our thanks please to the restaurant manager and his staff because they were superb. They were polite and unobtrusive and the service was excellent. The food was wonderful and enjoyed by all, but rather a lot of it! We retired to the lounge and the cake was brought through for us. The bar staff were equally good and managed our bar tab with ease. We couldn't fault the service we received and the room we had was gorgeous. Some of our party had to come and have 'a tour' of it after we told them how fabulous it was. We had the most amazing and special day, and it could not have been any better in any way at all. You and the team are very special people who made it all possible. We both work in jobs where team work is important and know how much time, effort and loyalty goes into it. We will go onto Trip advisor, but wondered if we could somehow write to your larger company employers to let them know how fantastic you all are ( or is there an award nomination of any kind in your company ) let us know as you deserve it. I lost count of the number of people who commented on how lovely the hotel and function room were and everyone who stayed said how amazing their bedrooms were. Our room was absolutely incredible. I just don’t know where to start with it all John I really don’t ! It was beyond perfect yourself on the day and your team have blew us all away seriously , not one complaint or issues re food , drink etc . Such good feedback about Bar staff and the bar waiting times , we have never had luck with that when we hold big parties , you guys were amazing and everyone has said it the best organised bar they have had at wedding ! They feedback is has been brilliant and really positive and lots of people have said venue was stunning and the rooms were to ! I just wish I could stay another night int he suite as I’ve never seen anything like it ! Only slept a few hours so didn’t really take in getting the use out of the room haha .
