Delapré Abbey is a truly beautiful venue, based in the heart of Northampton, set within 500 acres of parkland. Ideal for small/intimate weddings, and also large scale celebrations. Due to our rich history, the interior is characteristically decorated, with many original features still in place, including a wonderful Oak Staircase, with the backdrop of a magnificent stained glass window- perfect for pictures!

I cannot express what an amazing day we had a Delapré Abbey! The whole day was perfect from beginning to end. Everything ran smoothly and I was relaxed on the day knowing that everything was being looked after by the events coordinator, Katie. Tom Hewer provided beautiful, bespoke food, which left the guests speechless. The actual building is a privilege to get married in and I loved having four rooms for the day. This meant that there were no awkward waits whilst the rooms were being reorganised and it also meant that you didn't need to be sat in a disco in the evening if you wanted a bit of peace. The location provided a beautiful backdrop for our photos too and we loved having outside space for the evening BBQ. This place is magical, I grew up spending all my spare time here......and now I'm planning my wedding here for next September!! It's such a beautiful location!!
