Dillington was so friendly and supportive.Dillington was so friendly and supportive.
We were delighted with our experience at Dillington House, from our first visit to the day itself. Everyone at Dillington was so friendly and supportive. Every question or request we had was dealt with quickly and professionally, and nothing was too much trouble. We had guests coming from other countries and around the country and Dillington were so accommodating to all the various needs. On the day itself we never once had to ask for anything all the staff were able to pre-empt everything so that the day ran smoother than we could ever have hoped for. Our guests have given us so many compliments from the day from the beautiful setting, to quality of food, to the comfortable bedrooms. We are so pleased with choosing Dillington having been to over 15 weddings before our own it was so important for us to find a venue that stood out from the rest and Dillington delivered.We were delighted with our experience at Dillington House, from our first visit to the day itself. A beautiful venue, my daughter’s wedding was the most relaxed and enjoyable weekend. From our arrival on Friday afternoon up to our departure on Sunday there was nothing that the staff did not assist us with. Unfortunately I can only remember 5 names and they were Claire (manager), Kari (wedding coordinator), Charlotte (reception), Adele and Maddy, these ladies along with their colleagues were amazing, constantly available to us and our guests and busy behind the scenes ensuring that absolutely everything went to plan. We had a medical emergency which due to their calm and professional manner was dealt with in an appropriate way enabling my daughter and her new husband to carry on enjoying their special day. Please ensure that our thanks are conveyed to all of your staff and I hope that as a team they continue to ensure that everyone’s wedding is dealt with as professionally and personally as ours was.
