We cater for civil ceremonies and receptions of all types with our versatile spaces. The Barry Buildings are perfect for Wedding Breakfasts of up to 240 guests with dancing in the Lower Hall or South Cloister. If you prefer something more intimate and casual, the Pavilion Salle can seat up to 80 or 120 standing which creates a cosy and fun atmosphere. If you are looking for the ideal grounds for a marquee look no further than our Trevor Bailey sports ground along with a late licence in the clubhouse you can party late into the night. A beautiful and flexible venueA beautiful and flexible venue
We are so pleased that we chose Dulwich College for our reception venue. Firstly, the red brick buildings are beautiful, and made for some stunning photos outside. Secondly, the space inside is really adaptable. We loved being able to have one room for the reception drinks, one room for dinner and another room for the party, and guests loved moving around too, it made everything exciting! We also used a classroom in the morning for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready in, and the gorgeous masters’ library for some small family photos. There’s so much choice of how to do things at Dulwich College, it’s got a lot of flexibility, and you’ve got the outside space too if it’s warm outside. Most importantly, the events team were fantastic. Julia enabled us to visit the venue several times when we were thinking about decoration / things to bring in for the party. She gave many helpful suggestions about what could take place where, how rooms could be laid out and had a list of recommended suppliers. We didn’t choose to have our catering done by the college so I can’t comment on that, but the list of suppliers that you can choose between offers a good level of choice and we had fantastic food from Sapna. We had great support from Florian on the day as well, he was very responsive to any questions. Overall I would highly recommend having your wedding at Dulwich College. All the rooms are different and special, you’ll have some amazing photos from the day, and you can really shape it as you want it.
