• Civil Ceremonies to be held in the Romantic Oak Framed Porch overlooking the gardens for your ceremony or in the beautiful new purpose built Orangery
• We will reserve your civil ceremony with Kent County Council
• Professional table decoration set up service on the day of your wedding
• Pristine white table linen and napkins
• 120 elegant Limewash Chivari chairs, 2 High chairs, 12 round tables (that seat 10 comfortably), 8 trestle tables

It also has so many rooms for guests to stay, we had 16 guests staying at the venue with us. For the service and what's included in the package is absolutely fantastic. The venue is beautiful from Spring, summer to winter. The orangery is so beautiful. The ground are stunning and even just the drive up to hayne house is beautiful. All out guests said how beautiful it was. Absoluty beautiful venue. This is the perfect place to have the ceremony and evening reception! It also has so many rooms for guests to stay, we had 16 guests staying at the venue with us. For the service and what's included in the package is absolutely fantastic. The venue is beautiful from Spring, summer to winter. The orangery is so beautiful. The ground are stunning and even just the drive up to hayne house is beautiful. All out guests said how beautiful it was.

But this review can date back to 2017 when we booked Hayne House. It was the first venue we looked at and even though the Orangery wasn't built yet we had complete confidence in the team at Hayne House and the plans that the Orangery would be magical. It is safe to say we didn't need to worry. Throughout the whole wedding planning and lead up to the wedding Hayne House took any of my worries and took care of them or guided me in the right direction as to who to contact. The worries were always taken care of within the day. On the day before the wedding when we arrived to drop off all our stuff I was treated like royalty. We was lucky enough to be able to stay the night before and it was like we moved into a home. They were so welcoming and we were looked after. When I was getting ready on the morning of the wedding all the magic happened downstairs - they literally took care of everything. All the suppliers were dealt with and the place was just transformed into what I had dreamt of in my head. The day as a whole ran as smoothly as possible with a massive thank you to Rebecca. Even when I really needed help with a situation before the ceremony she ran around and found Helen who helped save the day. I will forever be grateful. The next morning was wonderful with the breakfast all together and Hayne House went above and beyond with the kind thoughtful gift that was left for us in the dining room. Hayne House think of everything and more - from making sure you take that 5 minutes with your groom to giving you a personalised bag to take all your cards home in. I would absolutely recommend Hayne House and without a doubt would love to do my wedding day over and over here. You took my dream wedding ideas and made them into a fairytale reality! The view of the venue is breathe taking, the quaintness and character is captured instantly. The historical features and finishes of the lodge has been maintained. The orangery balances the period building perfectly! It’s oozes charm with its glass chandelier, the skylight ceiling and bifolding exterior doors were all opened up and allowed us and the guest to be transformed into the beautiful gardens and enjoy its beautiful views. The team were so welcoming, they ensured the day ran smoothly along with our fabulous Master of ceremonies Harry who works in partnership with Hayne House and is one of there nominated suppliers. As a couple we couldn’t thank them enough for helping making our day so wonderful. We wanted to make sure are day was full of fun, eclectic, full of colour and relaxed Hayne House certainly made this happen for us. What a venue!! The orangery and surroundings are simply beautiful. Both my husband and I instantly fell in love with the contemporary venue and the intermecy it offers. Our wedding was full of laughter and light despite the heavy downpours, the venue/wedding wasn’t only adore by my husband and I but by the wedding guests too!
