The Oak Barn is a stunning 18th Century threshing barn that lies at the heart of Frame Farm, a traditional farmstead of 25 acres. The current restoration retains all the historic features yet with the most up to date technology, and provides a stunning, versatile space for your bespoke wedding breakfast and celebration. The barn has a magnificent high vaulted roof, amazing views of the surrounding countryside and a cosy wood burning stove, giving you every modern convenience in a beautifully traditional building that is perfect in all seasons. The Byre has breathtaking views down the valley and is ideal for hosting your civil ceremony, partnership or renewal of vows. Glass doors now enclose this open fronted animal shelter and in fine weather you can enjoy a celebratory drink on the terrace and around the lily pond. The luxurious Weaver's Cottages dating from 1607, can accommodate 18 people and includes five cottages. The sumptuous bridal cottage is perfect for brides and their bridesmaids to prepare for their grand entrance. You will love the beauty of the farm whatever the season, from the impressive barns to the lily pond and tranquil flowing grass gardens. A warm welcome and personal service will ensure that your wedding is everything you ever dreamed of.

Our day was breathtaking beautiful at the Oak Barn. The setting on its own was beautiful but with a few simple flowers it came alive! Excellent facilities that fit into our eco lifestyle and Deana and Tim were extraordinarily helpful and really went out of their way to help us achieve our dream day!!! We first visited Frame Farm in March 2018, before the Oak Barn had really began its main construction, and we reserved our wedding date based on paper floor plans and computer generated images. When we returned for the launch in January 2019 we could not have been more overwhelmed by the Barn's unbelievable transformation - we knew we had made the best decision choosing The Oak Barn for our wedding reception. You will not be disappointed if you choose to get married here. The Byre and Weavers Cottages add such fantastic opportunity to your event, you can arrange the day however you like. We are living on all the wonderful memories, we wish we could do it all over again and cannot wait to visit Deana and Tim again soon at Frame Farm. Thank you for everything, we had the best day ever and couldn't have asked for anymore. The Oak Barn itself is beautifulThe Oak Barn itself is beautiful
We had an August wedding here and couldn't recommend it more. This venue was everything we hoped for and the day was perfect. Where to start... the Oak Barn itself is beautiful. If you have a barn in mind this will be how it looks. Plus, it's been upgraded with smart lighting and a great sound system. It has a bar space inside you can use, plus lots of nice touches - like tables made from a tree on site. We also made use of the Byre for the ceremony itself. Lovely open views of the fields (we wanted the sheep to be visible which they kindly helped facilitate) and it opens onto a terrace for refreshments afterwards. Using this made it super easy for us as the Barn could already be set up for us to use for the breakfast. No stress setting it up between ceremony and food. We also loved the cottages on site and used them before and after the day. They've been furnished to a great standard and the convenience of being on site both nights cannot be overstated. The outside spaces are perfect for pictures, and combined with the nice weather meant everyone had a wonderful time mingling. Finally, Tim and Deana were the best hosts, giving us helpful suggestions and supporting us throughout the stressful planning. Plus, their dog is the best!! All in all this venue literally ticked every box for us. And it was the second one we looked at! A Perfect WeekendA Perfect Weekend
We had our wedding at Frame Farm in July this year. The venue has been converted with amazing attention to detail and the overall setting is idyllic. Both the inside and outdoor areas provided such great spaces for all aspects our day. The Byre gave us an intimate feel to the ceremony and accommodated our 100+ guests comfortably. The terrace was great for post ceremony drinks and was a secondary space for guests after our meal in the main barn. The courtyard enabled our guests to choose to relax outside or spend time on the dance floor. Tim and Deana were very helpful and attentive through our whole planning process and supported all our suppliers on the day. The accommodation for guests on site is stunning and helped make the whole weekend just perfect. I would have no hesitation recommending the venue and really encourage couples to opt to have the farm for the whole weekend, it made the day so less stressful and rushed.We had our wedding at Frame Farm in July this year. Stunning venue which ticked all the boxes for our December Winter Wedding. Deana and Tim were brilliant from start to finish. The natural beauty of the barn meant there was little additional decoration needed and having the use of The Byre as well as The Oak Barn allowed for rooms to be turned around at no inconvenience. The self-catering cottages are of a high standard and were brilliant for our older guests to retreat to later in the night. Great organisation of the property, good parking, several options of ancillary rooms, and brilliant views. From start to finish, working with you both was an absolute pleasure and nothing was ever too much or too complicated to organise. The barn is a really special venue, from the small details right up to the overall design, everything has been meticulously thought about, which makes the memory even more special. You both made our day so memorable and were on hand throughout the whole process (right up until the last guest was in the taxi!) to help with queries and questions. We had our wedding at Frame Farm, on the 26/05/19. The location is incredibly idyllic, set in the beautiful Kent countyside, all of our guests were blown away with how amazing the venue was. Tim and Deana allowed us to visit the venue with our friends, family, caterers, photographer etc on numerous occasions, which made the preparation so much easier and they were on hand to assist or answer any questions when needed, over the entire period.
