Our luxury and unique wedding venue is outstanding with warming open fires in winter, tumbling waterfalls in summer and beautiful private rooms with stunning features of the original Grade II listed Jacobean manor house all year round. We offer impeccable service in comfortable and relaxed surroundings. With both formal gardens and rambling grounds, carved staircases and ornate fireplaces, there are a wealth of perfect picture opportunities to enjoy at our country house wedding venue. Beautiful wedding ceremonies, civil partnership ceremonies and wedding receptions come naturally to us here at Fanhams Hall in Hertfordshire. The difference is clearly in the detail. We believe your wedding should be as individual as you are so together we can create your bespoke wedding to suit your every need. From classically traditional to modern and quirky our wedding venue is as bespoke as you are. We can assure you of our dedication, imagination, enthusiasm and passion to create your perfect wedding. We have created a number of wedding packages for our venue in Hertfordshire with you in mind that allow us to take away the hassle and stress. However, we are also experienced in creating tailor-made wedding packages to ensure all the choices are yours. Book your wedding ceremony and reception on any remaining dates in 2020 up until March 2021 and receive £250 off your drinks, as well as two of our cool bedrooms. Last weekend was just perfect, thank you so much for all of your help, advice and hard work throughout all of the organising. And also to Olly and the front of house team on the day, and to Paul and his team in the kitchen. We had a great day, and even more importantly so did all our guests. They were blown away by the venue and also by the fantastic service and quality of catering. So many people commented on it. Last weekend was just perfect, thank you so much for all of your help, advice and hard work throughout all of the organising. Thank you! We had the best day ever. Everything went perfectly! I can't stress just how amazing all of the staff at Fanhams were - especially Jonathan. He was so on top of everything all day, we didn't have to worry about a thing and everything went completely to plan. Our guests all commented on the venue and how fantastic everything was. We will definitely leave a review on trip advisor as soon as we are home! Thank you for all the planning and putting in so much effort into all of the preparations.Thank you! We have so many amazing weddings that there are too many to choose from!

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Our number 1 planning tip is to have a checklist/planner from the beginning of the booking process and attend Wedding Fayres to meet with suppliers as many couples don’t realise how many elements go into a wedding.

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

Favourite personal touch is from a wedding in summer last year where the place cards were black and white polaroid's of the guests when they were younger.

Exclusive, friendly, exceptional, historical, beautiful.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?

There are SO many but our most popular is in front of our fountain in our Rose Gardens, however during late May- June our Wisteria walk is stunning!

We have but we can't disclose who!

What’s your favourite canapé?

Favourite and most popular canapé is our Sticky Sesame, Ginger And Honey Roasted Pork Belly, Watermelon Chutney

Midnight treat has to be goodies from our sweet cart or our chocolate fountain.

Our Japanese Gardens.
