Farington Lodge Hotel is a beautiful grade II listed house - the ideal Lancashire wedding venue and perfectly located for Preston and Leyland. Licensed for civil ceremonies and civil partnerships for up to 150 guests, we can offer you a complete wedding package or a reception-only event. Magnificent landscaped gardens and enchanting woodland provide a picturesque and memorable backdrop for photographs, and we’re conveniently located for guests travelling by road, rail or air. Choose from a range of elegant rooms, including our Garden Room and our dedicated Jubilee Suite, decorated in keeping with this traditional Lancashire setting and with the grandeur of the original building. Our expert team will help you plan the perfect wedding reception and be there with you so you have an unforgettable day. Our Garden Pavilion, set in our quiet gardens, is the most romantic venue to take your vows, surrounded by friends and family.

Thank you to Jennifer, Alison and all the Team at Farington Lodge Hotel. Thank you so much for all you did to make our wedding so special. The Hotel was beautiful and everything was perfect! We couldn't of asked for a more amazing day! We are both truly grateful for everything. It was a day we will never forget and it truly was the best day, which is all thanks to you. From start to end you have all been amazing and helped so much. We hope you like the flowers...a little token to show how thankful we are. Jennifer the wedding planner is just amazing!Jennifer the wedding planner is just amazing!
From the start we new it was the place to get married. Jennifer the wedding planner is just amazing! Everything we wanted and more! She did everything we asked and nothing was too much trouble for her. In fact, all the staff are brilliant. We really liked Kevin, the night porter, he is lovely! I stayed the night before with my girls, which was lovely. On the day of the wedding Donna looked after us and she was just amazing with me and my girls. She knew my daughter's were all hyper and just let them be kids. She even involved them in wedding day tasks such as ordering breakfast. The Wedding Manager Alison was just brillant and how she put up with me I do not know! My nerves were all over the place but she calmed me down and all day she was just amazing! We would like like to say a huge thank you to Farington Lodge, we had an absolutely amazing day. Jennifer, you were fantastic throughout and really helped us with figuring out exactly what we wanted from our day. We both said, we couldn't have organised it any better if we were to do it again. But we both agreed, we definitely would love to do it again. Please pass on our sincere thanks to Alison also. What an amazing host she was. She totally made both of us feel at ease and helped the day to go so smoothly. Finally, the gentleman who looked after us and our guests at breakfast was lovely. Very attentive and everyone commented how lovely he was. So also a special thanks to him. Again, thank you so much to you all. We had the most amazing day with our friends and family. From our first meeting Jennifer was friendly, professional and happy to accommodate anything we asked for. She even got used to my ‘unauthorised purchases’ by the end!! Alison was fantastic on the day making sure everything ran to plan, that we had a glass of fizz and our nerves were soothed . We could not have asked for anymore. Our only regret is that we can’t do it all over again...We had the most amazing day with our friends and family. We would like to thank Jennifer, Alison and all the staff for the EXCELLENT service on our day, you all were exceptional and our guests were very impressed with the food, the decorations and the entire event. I (Groom) personally was very impressed with how little stress I felt during the day. I have been to a few weddings and I must say, I was by far the most relaxed groom and genuinely believe it was because of your staff that I was able to relax. So thank you all ever so much!We would like to thank Jennifer, Alison and all the staff for the EXCELLENT service on our day, you all were exceptional and our guests were very impressed with the food, the decorations and the entire event. We had our wedding here 30/03/19 and cannot thank the staff enough from start to finish everything was perfect! From planning with the lovely Jennifer and being looked after by the fabulous Alison on the day. Amazing food all day from the chef, and not to forget the friendly night bar manager who sorted an early breakfast for myself and my bridal party! All the staff were brilliant and we cannot thank you enough!We had our wedding here 30/03/19 and cannot thank the staff enough from start to finish everything was perfect! From planning with the lovely Jennifer and being looked after by the fabulous Alison on the day. Dear Jennifer & Alison. We've now had the time to reflect on our wedding day. Our special day exceeded all our expectations that you both had said that would go ahead without any hitches. The entrance with canapés and drinks, the time you allowed for photographs, the wedding breakfast, the evening reception, our room for the night and the breakfast the following morning all went perfectly well for us both and our families and guests. We cannot thank Farington Lodge, both yourselves, the very attentive staff and of course our DJ for the evening.
