We only host one wedding at a time, meaning that you and your guests have our undivided attention throughout your special day. Elegant Ceremony... The Manor suite is ideal for ceremonies for up to 80 guests, with the ability to extend further to accommodate 150 guests. With its quaint courtyard, the abundance of natural daylight and soaring exposed beams, the Manor suite is the perfect place to say ‘I do’. Classy Reception & Wedding Breakfast... Adjacent to the Manor suite, the Haycock Ballroom is our exclusive wedding suite, with its own private entrance and stylish bar. The Haycock Ballroom itself is complete with exposed oak beams, an ornate fireplace, sumptuous furnishings, and patio doors that reveal our walled garden perfect for you and your wedding guests to relax within. The iconic Haycock Ballroom can host the most extravagant of occasions for weddings up to 250 day guests. Wine & Dine... Lee Clarke our Michelin recognised Head Chef has created bespoke wedding breakfast menus which have been written with flair and paired with wine to enhance the dining experience for you and your guests. Lee and his award-winning team only use the finest seasonal ingredients fresh from our kitchen garden as well as sourcing quality produce when preparing your wedding breakfast. Staying The Night... The hotel provides 45 newly refurbished luxury bedrooms, many including garden views & patio areas. All bedrooms include the expected essentials as well as state-of-the-art technology that will surprise your most tech-savvy guest. Complimentary within all wedding packages is a choice of three individual elegant and charming bridal suites which are our largest and finest suites.

Beautiful Function Room, Great FoodBeautiful Function Room, Great Food
From the beautiful function room which looked lovely, to the gorgeous food, to the efficiency and friendliness of all the staff there-everyone was fab -Tom was brill, as were all the waiters and bar staff. We feel we couldn't have picked a better venue and we would recommend The Haycock Hotel to any other engaged couples looking for a wonderful venue for their Special Day! From the beautiful function room which looked lovely, to the gorgeous food, to the efficiency and friendliness of all the staff there-everyone was fab -Tom was brill, as were all the waiters and bar staff. We feel we couldn't have picked a better venue and we would recommend The Haycock Hotel to any other engaged couples looking for a wonderful venue for their Special Day!

The perfect dayThe perfect day
The venue was set perfectly in the sun room for one of the hottest days of the year. The staff were very friendly, attentive, helpful and professional from our first appointment and all through the day of the ceremony. Following the on site wedding ceremony, we had free reign of the flower gardens and grounds for photo opportunities which came out fantastic. Afternoon tea was served which went down a treat and plenty on offer too, so there was more than enough to go around and even for some of the guests to save some aside for nibbles later. Then evening party kicked off in the garden with a BBQ, again no scrimping on portions and a duo acoustic / singers that really finished the evening off in style. just simply fantastic throughout and couldn't of asked for anything else for our special day. we still visit the haycock on time to time and always receive a friendly welcome from the staff.The venue was set perfectly in the sun room for one of the hottest days of the year.
