With 55 guest bedrooms and exclusive use as standard it is the ideal place to celebrate with all your family and friends. With a choice of rooms licensed for civil ceremonies, you’ll be spoilt for choice! Inside, The Terrace Room is hugely popular with its high ceilings, neutral décor and double doors leading to an outdoor terrace. The Marston Room is a popular choice for those with a large guestlist and you can also enjoy our luxurious, French vintage style newlywed suite, complete with floor standing bath. Outdoors, The Secret Garden and The Sunken Garden are both stunning settings for a celebrant led ceremony and you won’t be short of places to enjoy the views. Enjoy a celebratory drink with your guests at one of our outdoor terraces or head off into the grounds for beautiful backdrops to your wedding photographs. The food and drink options are varied - whether you prefer fine dining or something more relaxed, we’ll provide something that suits your style.

Amazing wedding dayAmazing wedding day
We got married at Hothorpe Hall in the summer. It is such a beautiful venue and the staff worked so hard to make the day run smoothly. From the first contact to the planning meetings that we had with our lovely wedding coordinator Steph, everything we wanted to make our day unique to us was noted and delivered on the day. Your team were unfailingly professional, friendly & efficient, delivering excellent service in every area. The food was absolutely outstanding, beautifully presented & every dish really delicious! All the guests commented very positively on the quality & variety of dishes. Please send our warmest thanks and congratulations to the chefs & catering team for their skill & enthusiasm. A massive thank you for everything! Our day was incredible it couldn’t have been more prefect! It was everything we had planned/ dreamt of! For starters it’s an amazing venue picturesque and with great photo opportunities. We had exclusive use on the day and the dedicated wedding team knew exactly how to be on hand throughout the process - they were there for a cup of coffee when I got stressed out, coped wonderfully with all my family‘s demands and used their experience to do things I didn’t even ask for ( like putting family is the furthest away from the disco so that they can get a good nights sleep which was really appreciated by the parents!). All the suppliers that they recommended were fantastic and even the ones I brought myself were contacted by the team at the hall who liaised with them to create the perfect day - my wedding went off without hitch!For starters it’s an amazing venue picturesque and with great photo opportunities. The place was absolutely amazing! The place was absolutely amazing!
I recently went to a wedding and the place was absolutely amazing. The day was great and a lot of effort had been put in by a lot of people. The food was amazing, the lamb shank was cooked to perfection and to top it all off the chocolate brownie for desert was great. I had a really good time and would recommend it to everyone! Fabulous day! Fabulous day!
Fabulous day for my friends wedding. The hotel staff were fantastic & the hotel room was great - had a lovely night sleep - thank you. The hotel, staff, food & location could not have been better!
