Hyde House, with its traditional yet stylish design and relaxed atmosphere, is the perfect location for your wedding and celebrations. Nestled in the beautiful Cotswold countryside, we offer the highest standards of inclusive service and catering, together with friendly, helpful support from our experienced team with your wedding planning and preparations leading up to your wedding day. In May 2018, Hyde House launched a brand new wedding ceremony barn, The Grange. This beautiful, modern barn which seats 150 guests, is the perfect location for an intimate ceremony & features a stunning courtyard overlooking the Cotswold countryside for your post ceremony drinks reception, with guests then moving to the Barn for the wedding breakfast. The barn features a stunning oak beamed dining hall; a blank canvas allowing each couple to put their own stamp on the space. In addition, the barn includes a comfortable lounge bar and a spacious bridal preparation suite and upstairs lounge. Outside Hyde sits the beautiful gardens with views of the rolling Cotswold countryside, which also features our outdoor ceremony space where couples can get married underneath our Arbour. Perfect for those warmer times of the year and those wanting an idyllic countryside wedding! Exceptional accommodation is available at the adjacent Hotel, where there are 20 delightful, comfortable rooms, together with a spacious bar and a wonderful breakfast room, exclusively for your guests. Hyde Barn combines traditional Cotswolds architecture with a contemporary and elegantly finished interior space. It is the ideal backdrop for expressing your own personality and ideas in the celebration of your wedding.

Our venue hire rates are inclusive of all linen, glassware, crockery, staffing costs and VAT. We also have a selection of cake stands and table plan easels you are very welcome to use at no additional charge. For all booked couples, Chef and his Brigade will be inviting for a complimentary food tasting (and wine!) evening up to 6 months prior to wedding.

The most perfect setting!The most perfect setting!
We got married at Hyde House in December 2019 and its safe to say that it was so much more incredible than we could have imagined. We and all of our guests couldn't stop saying how amazing Hyde House is and what a beautiful setting it created for our wedding. In the run up to our wedding, the planning team were great - any question we had we just emailed across and always got a speedy response. On the day of the wedding, Matt was incredible. He was so thoughtful and made every effort to make sure we had no cares or worries. The day ran incredibly smoothly (from our point of view) and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect location or team to work with on the day. Delicious FoodDelicious Food
Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for making Our Wedding Day so special. We had the most incredible day and felt so looked after the whole time. So many people have said how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. From the second we pulled into the driveway at Hyde House, we knew that was the place we wanted to get married and we are so happy we chose you. we could not be more satisfied with our experience at Hyde House and thank you to the Whole Team – you are all amazing!Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for making Our Wedding Day so special. We had the most incredible day and felt so looked after the whole time. So many people have said how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. We just wanted to drop a quick note to say thank you SO much for making our wedding run so smoothly, every single member of staff was incredible! Gary - thank you for making me feel so special even though I know you see weddings day in day out!. You’re brilliant at what you do! Bar staff / waiters - thank you for your first class service! Planning ladies - thank you for always being there to answer any question, however big or small. You were so accommodating and helpful! Hyde House staff - the rooms are made up meticulously clean and comfortable! Breakfast was so tasty and just what we needed! Thank you for all that you did I wish I could do it all over again but for time to run at a normal day speed because it all just went by so fast... Nothing can prepare you for it!! Your venue is absolutely stunning and we will always drive past with warm hearts knowing that we got married there. My son & wife had their Wedding here on Bonfire night We had a fabulous day but also had a few issues. We have received no response to emails.We were not greeted on arrival to explain the order of the day which we expected. Numerous prospective couples were viewing the reception room while we were setting up & no staff member asked if was ok or apologised despite us having exclusive use.Guests arrived 30 mins before the ceremony & were directed by staff to the barn but staff refused them entry we had some elderly guests with mobility issues & so insisted they were allowed to be seated as it was so cold. The brides 90 year old father was told there was no room available for him to get changed in after travelling a great distance therefore he changed in the toilet not dignified or what you want on your daughters wedding day.The Ceremony was wonderful & we had live music but at the end of the ceremony all seating was removed & so nobody could sit & listen to the music instead we were all ushered into a small bar area with 1 table & about 10 chairs which was very noisy & over crowded no sofas easy chairs or comfort & the majority of guests had to stand.The Wedding breakfast was disappointing with soggy undercooked onion tart & belly pork that varied from perfect to burnt dessert was good the waiters were very serious.The Brides father unfortunately became very ill during the meal the staff were excellent at getting everybody into the bar area keeping things calm & serving hot drinks.Evening party was great.Hotel rooms were good but not ready until late afternoon breakfast superb location beautiful just poor customer care!
