Macdonald Ansty Hall Hotel, recently voted West Midlands most romantic wedding venue, is set within 8 acres of private grounds, featuring magnificent views of the surrounding Warwickshire countryside which is a magical setting for your wedding celebrations.
Our luxurious hotel, set in the very heart of the Shakespeare County will prove a spectacularly stunning base for your wedding party. Our wedding function rooms can comfortably seat up to 120 wedding guests for a sit down Wedding Breakfast, with the capability of housing up to 150 people for your evening reception. Our function rooms feature stunning views of our beautiful landscaped gardens, providing you with the most romantic of venues in the charming Warwickshire countryside.

I can’t imagine a more relaxed family atmosphere: everyone was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. It is impossible to single out any one person, they were all amazing. The food and service was outstanding and the dusting of snow in the morning was a magical touch. The whole day was truly enjoyable and provided us with many happy memories that we will treasure forever. Many thanks again . I wanted to express my thanks and appreciation for the wonderful Wedding Celebrations provided by your staff last Saturday. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly, but a special thanks must go to Lucy and Chris who were fantastic and catered to our every whim, they really are a credit to the hotel. The young Spanish girl (can't remember her name – sorry) also helped us sort out all of the rather complicated payments at the end when I checked out. Everyone had a great time, so much in fact that we ended up sitting outside in the garden until well after 10:30pm as nobody was ready to go home! Thanks to Kelly for helping us get everything lined up before the big day, it was so good to have someone to walk us through it all before we arrived. Have fun for the rest of the wedding season at Ansty – Ela is having post-wedding blues and wanted the day to last forever… We're now in Switzerland having a nice time walking and cycling before returning to the UK in a few weeks. We would just like to say that we had a wonderful day, and everything was very well organized and went off without a hitch. I was feeling really nervous in the morning and how she came in so calm and reassured me of everything was fantastic. She made sure everything was running smoothly throughout the day and quickly assisted to our requests. Lucy had myself and Joe as the most important people as she ensured we were okay before the guests which we both appreciated so much. It was excellent that we were also able to have a laugh with her which made everything so relaxed. The food was absolutely excellent. All our guests were complementing the meal and it is something that really stood out on the day. The reception staff were delightful. Throughout the day and into the night they were always friendly and more than happy to help. This made all our guests feel at home immediately. Considering i didn’t get to have a chat in person with her the day before, she organised the room just off one of my emails, she did an amazing job. She was so tentative to me and Michael all day, checking in on us, letting us know what was going on. Lucy was just fab, she made us feel so at ease. Whenever, we had any questions for her, nothing was too much trouble. The venue itself and hotel rooms were so lovely, all of our guests were really happy with their rooms and complemented us on the venue choice. Although we had all the stresses prior to contacting yourselves, everything happens for a reason and turned out the way it should have & we are so grateful that we got to have our special day and evening at your beautiful venue. Finally, Kelly i honestly don’t feel like i could thank you enough! You have literally been my saviour, the tears that i had shed leading up to me contacting you were too much. The relief you gave me in just one conversation, i will never forget that feeling. You were amazing at getting back to me, which as you know was a huge thing for me, as i wasn’t getting that from my previous venue. After a mini meltdown in the morning after finding out Lucy wasn’t due in until 12.00, the general manager was on hand to let me know the timings for the day, he reassured me & couldn’t do enough to help us. Everyone was so professional and friendly. The food was delicious & we even got lucky with the weather managing to get some dry spells. We had such a fantastic day, we will definitely be using the hotel again for either dining or special occasions. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Kelly & all the staff at the hotel. All the staff were amazing but I was really impressed with Kelly, Chris and Lucy. I didn’t realise that Lucy was there for me all day and she really made me feel like a queen. When she made it clear that she was there for me all day, everywhere I turned she was in sight for me. Nothing was too much effort for her and she looked so smart I have no idea how her and Chris managed to keep their blazers on. The staff went out of the way to help from getting a television in the Drawing Room for the England match to a speaker so we could play music we wanted to listen to. An extra special mention to the guy on reception, bar, waiting staff and master of ceremonies! I believe we were his first wedding and he was very nervous but did a great job! We all felt relaxed & very happy, thank you. I just want to make sure that you know we had a lovely wedding and everyone enjoyed the food. It looks so beautiful from the roadside & it certainly didn't disappoint when my (now) husband & myself held our Wedding there last week. On Sunday 29th December 2019, we held the most important day of our lives at Macdonald Ansty Hall. After visiting a Wedding Show held at Ansty Hall we decided it was our favourite venue and simply loved being there so we booked our date that day with the Wedding Coordinator. With the help of Kelly & her team we made countless visits to the hotel for tasting nights, meetings etc. We just knew we had made the right choice every time we went there. We planned everything down to the smallest detail. Myself & my parents arrived the day prior to the Wedding & I must say that our rooms were beautiful & throughout the lead up to the Wedding day itself everything we requested was met & nothing was ever too much trouble. The staff that work at the hotel are so friendly, polite & helpful. On our wedding day our official host Lucy looked after us all fantastically well. We were married at the beautiful church of St James' which is situated in the grounds of the hotel itself. It simply has the Wow factor due to it being 800 years old & simply breathtaking inside. The wedding breakfast was absolutely delicious & our guests are still complimenting us on the choices that they had, even down to the canopies they were served at the champagne reception on arrival. The food was hot, plentiful & everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The wedding was perfect from start to finish. All the staff are a credit to the hotel & after visiting the hotel in the planning stages wegot to know quite a few of them. (Chris, Karina, Daniel) We wouldn't hesitate in recommending the hotel to anyone thinking of having there wedding at Macdonald Ansty Hall because it was just perfect for us.
