Our Bay View package offers you flexibility and will help to make planning your wedding exciting and stress-free. We are confident that you and your guests will love what we have to offer and that your entire day will be a perfect one to cherish forever. Our wedding co-ordinator is on hand to make your day personal and unique to you. If there is anything you would like to add to your day, we are happy to accommodate your every wish.
We have close relationships with a range of local wedding suppliers and can arrange many items for you, such as balloons, chair covers, presentation bouquets and much more.
Our Bay View package includes the following:
Red carpet on arrival
Order or service
Private hire of the wedding breakfast and evening function room
A Bucks Fizz drinks reception, 1 glass per person for arrival
Nibbles during your drinks reception
A fabulous 3 course wedding breakfast banquet plus coffee
Half a bottle of wine per person during your wedding breakfast
A glass of Prosecco or Sparkling Rose for the toast
One top table arrangement and two pedestals for the wedding venue designed to compliment your wedding theme

Not all couples opt for an all-day wedding. Maybe you would prefer an informal evening reception after your ceremony? Perhaps you’re getting married abroad and would like an evening party for friends and family? Our evening only package will allow you to celebrate your wedding the way you want.

The staff were great, from recommending suppliers to catering for guests with dietary requirements on the day. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel the centre of attention, as you would expect! The facilities were perfect for our needs and although the weather was against us having our ceremony outside, the garden was great for photographs. Marsham Court is a fantastic venue for a wedding, perfect location for beach photos and has plenty of accommodation for guests.We had our ceremony and reception at Marsham Court. The staff were great, from recommending suppliers to catering for guests with dietary requirements on the day. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel the centre of attention, as you would expect! May me and Tony take this time to thank you and all your staff, for making our wedding weekend amazing, I have forgot the name of the man who runs the restaurant where we had dinner on Friday night and he helped out at the wedding reception on Saturday night, please say a massive thank you to him he is courteous and could not do enough for our large group on both nights, lovely man, to all the girls and boys that got the room ready, ran around getting our dinners out, you were all amazing, and worked so very hard, you should be proud of yourselves you made all our guest number one. Graham, what a lovely man and big thank you to him for all his hard work and again he made us both feel special and could not do enough for us and all the guests great man. Kat was a great help from the early planning stage right through leading up to the day itself. She ran everything with professionalism down to the last detail which really put our minds at ease. Both Kat and Andy organised the reception and banquet perfectly, nothing was too much trouble for either of them. All our guests were very impressed by the attention to detail given by both of them. The food for the banquet was of excellent quality, all dietary needs were catered for with no problem. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marsham court for anyone considering getting married or having their reception there.We had a wonderful wedding day at Marsham court. Food was amazing, staff were so friendly and approachable. Can’t thank everyone enough. Kat Tegg in particular who’s a wedding coordinator couldn’t be more helpful with all the planning and also Mr Thompson was very helpful on our big day. Our guests really enjoyed Marsham court Hotel and Sean & I loved the honeymoon suite. Breakfast was on point! We are looking forward to returning next year for our first Anniversary dinner already. All of the staff at Marsham Court were exceptionally kind to us and all our guests. They treated us as if we were the only wedding of the year with exceptional care and attention to detail. Rooms were rearranged as if by magic. Nothing was too much trouble. The venue was perfect for us as well. The Ballroom is one of the best in Bournemouth. We enjoyed a mix of Ballroom and Disco dancing. We went for the Cream Tea option. The hotel were able to accommodate Gluten free, Dairy Free, Soya free, Nut Free and Vegetarian options. Nothing too much trouble. We were very happy that we chose to get married at Marsham Court Hotel.From beginning to end Kat looked after us. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
The best wedding ever here at the hotel, was probably one back in March 2017. It was a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory themed wedding! It was so hard not to eat any of the thousands of sweets and chocolates that they brought in!
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Listen to one another's ideas! Lots of people have "my day, my way" ringing through their head! However your partner might have a few really good ideas up their sleeves which you haven't thought of!
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
Whenever the best man or bridesmaids have a surprise dance/song for the bride and groom which they knew nothing about... But I did!!!!! I have to always keep things a secret, but it's worth it!

What is your venue's most unique feature?
No detail that you provide to us goes a miss. We really do everything we can to meet with your dream ideas! And we have fun with that too!
What part of your business are you most proud of?
I always get a bit teary during the ceremony! When meeting couples we have a good relationship and I get to know you both so I feel like a friend sat at the back of the wedding with my happy tears!
I always am proud of my team during weddings, because its the couples kind words at the end thanking them all!
