Whether you’re planning a small and intimate ceremony for close friends and family or need space for up to 160 guests in the Main House or 340 in the Garden Pavilion, Oakley Hall Hotel provides the choice of seven elegant rooms that are licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships. The Garden Pavilion, launched in May 2018, is complete with a high-tech lighting system, a star-lit ceiling and colour-changing uplighters for dancing the night away. The self-contained space can accommodate up to 350 guests and includes an exclusive patio area, heating and air conditioning for year-round celebrations. The Woodland Pavilion is the brand new, fully licensed, outdoor civil ceremony and wedding structure. Complimented by the stunning backdrop of the Hampshire countryside and hotel gardens, it will make the perfect scene for the most special day of your life and for up to 160 lucky guests. Photo opportunities abound both inside and out. With over 300 acres of grounds surrounding the hotel, your photographer will have an exceptional choice of settings in which to capture many wonderful moments. EXCLUSIVE USE of Oakley Hall Hotel is also available which allows you & your guests private access to the whole 315 acres of grounds, the house and all bedrooms.

Absolutely BeautifulAbsolutely Beautiful
We had our wedding reception in the Garden Suite of Oakley Hall in May this year. The venue was absolutely beautiful, both the room and the grounds, and the staff were all excellent (with a special mention for Jennifer who was our wedding coordinator). The day went smoothly and everything set up perfectly, the food was excellent and everyone had a great time. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a wedding venue as they were all extremely helpful and nothing was too much effort for them. The bedrooms were stunning (we stayed in the four poster suite and it was incredible) and breakfast the following day (given how rough we all felt!) was delicious.We had our wedding reception in the Garden Suite of Oakley Hall in May this year. Our day was nothing short of a fairytale :) it was so perfect, everything we wanted and more! I don't really know where to start! The venue was absolutely beautiful and the team on the day were absolutely fantastic and so accommodating. The food was incredible and feedback from all the guests was the same, not one single complaint. Thank you so much for our gift, we absolutely loved it and will treasure it forever. It was such a nice touch to find at 3am when we eventually went up to the room. Lastly, we want to say an enormous thank you to you! You have been such a calming influence on the run up and ensured everything ran perfectly we couldn't have asked for anyone better - so thank you! I will be in touch with some photos of our special day :) Thanks again to everyone at Oakley Hall - you have made our wedding day perfect and we are on cloud nine! We had an unbelievable wedding, it exceeded all expectations and we could not have been happier with the whole day. We wish to thank your team at Oakley Hall for their role in making it such a perfect day, the venue and staff were excellent. In particular our event manager was exceptional and worked so hard to make it all run smoothly, please pass on our sincere thanks to him. Oakley Hall now holds a very important place in our hearts so no doubt we will be back to celebrate an anniversary or two.We had an unbelievable wedding, it exceeded all expectations and we could not have been happier with the whole day. Our wedding was incredible. The staff were amazing, absolutely amazing, they went out of their way to check we were ok, had everything we needed and kept us up to date on everything. Every time we needed a member of staff for something or other, they were there. The food was incredible (not that I got to eat much of it!) the venue was amazing but honestly the staff made it run so smoothly they deserve a massive thank you! Our wedding was incredible. The staff were amazing, absolutely amazing, they went out of their way to check we were ok, had everything we needed and kept us up to date on everything. Thank you for organising such a beautiful day for Lucy and Ollie it was absolutely perfect in every way. Every member of staff at Oakley Hall was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble, the food was amazing, piping hot and delicious! We were absolutely blown away with the great work that the team did on the day, in prep the day before and in the build up to the day. On the day, every person involved in helping really did go above and beyond and we were so grateful for the all the staff checking that everything was fine throughout the day, it had a big positive impact. The venue set up was amazing and the layout was exactly as discussed, so thank you for this. The room we stayed in was lovely and it was a very nice touch to walk in and see the little gift there as well :) Lastly, your help throughout this whole process has been incredible. Your attention to detail has been first class and you have been on top of all the little details, which again gave us huge confidence and faith at every step. You are a credit to Oakley Hall. Thanks again to everyone involved for helping to make it the best wedding ever! Oakley hall did an amazing job on my wedding from start to finish! Everything was perfect and all staff worked really hard to ensure I had the best day! The managers who were with us on the day checked everything by me on the day to ensure I was happy! Overall I would 100 recommend booking your wedding with Oakley hall! Our wedding on Saturday was amazing, better than we ever imagined! We just can’t believe it’s over now, we won’t know what to do with ourselves anymore! The little photo frame in the room was very sweet, thank you so much! Feedback is all positive, you have been amazing, so quick in responding to all our emails and queries, we couldn’t have asked for more. You made everything so easy and stress free, so a massive thank you. Everyone at the hotel couldn’t have been more accommodating either, so helpful and keen to help. Everything was perfect...Everything was perfect...
Everything was perfect and everyone was so helpful whenever I asked for anything, even the glass of vinegar to be brought to the Aston room! Everything looked perfect, just as I imagined it to be. M4 Junction 13 Exit Motorway at Junction 13 and follow signs to A34 South – Newbury/Winchester. Continue along the A34 past Newbury signs and keep heading south towards Winchester. Exit slip road sign posted Whitchurch. Continue along road until just before the town centre. Turn left onto the B3400 signposted Basingstoke. Continue along B3400 through Freefolk and Overton. After about 4 miles pass the Deane Gate Public House on the right, continue up hill and Oakley Hall is signposted on the right hand side. M3 Junction 6 Exit Motorway and at roundabout, follow sign to Basingstoke and then on to the A339 towards Newbury. Continue on the A339 and straight over first roundabout towards Newbury. At second roundabout turn left onto Roman Road. At end of Roman Road at mini roundabout turn right and follow sign to Oakley on B3400. Continue along B3400 past Newfound, Oakley and under Railway Bridge. Continue past Beach Arms on the right. Oakley Hall main entrance is then located about a mile down the road on the left. M4 Junction 11 Follow sign to Basingstoke along the A33. Continue following signs into Basingstoke until you see the ring road signposted A339 towards Newbury. Continue on A339 and straight over first roundabout towards Newbury. At second roundabout turn left onto Roman Road. At end of Roman Road at mini roundabout turn right and follow sign to Oakley on B3400. Continue along B3400 past Newfound, Oakley and under Railway Bridge. Continue past Beach Arms on the right. Oakley Hall main entrance is then located about a mile down the road on the left. M3 Junction 7 Exit Motorway and at roundabout, take signpost towards Basingstoke. After 500 yards before traffic lights turn left onto A30 towards Oakley. Almost immediately turn right onto a country road signposted Oakley. Follow a 3 mile country lane until you reach a T-junction, then turn left onto Rectory Road. Follow road to the bottom and then turn left onto B3400 (Andover Road). Oakley Hall main entrance is signposted first left. If you are arriving by coach, please use Junction 6 of the M3 or contact Oakley Hall for an alternative route.
