Description

The Lodge is situated at the highest point in Richmond Park with spectacular views over the Thames Valley to the west. Richmond Park is the largest, and to many, the most beautiful Park in London as it comprises of 2300 acres of totally unspoilt classic English parkland with some 650 deer who roam freely in this tranquil setting. Pembroke Lodge is set within 11 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds which are planted all year round. Car parking for 250 vehicles is adjacent to the grounds. We have hosted weddings for over 50 years and we have a very experienced and dedicated weddings team who will assist you from your first enquiry to the departure of your last guest. The Lodge has two wedding suites: The Russell Suite recommended for up to 70 seated guests and The Belvedere recommended for up to 140 seated guests.

It's those little details that make the differenceIt's those little details that make the difference
Dear Diana, Nelson and the team, What an absolute whirlwind the last 6 months has been for us, most exciting of all was celebrating our beautiful wedding day at Pembroke Lodge. We cannot speak highly enough of the service you provide. From the very first meeting you put us at ease, your confidence and pride in what you do is evident and I personally (Louise/the bride/the events professional) have never worked with any event manger as professional and accommodating as Nelson. Any question we had on the run up to the big day was addressed accordingly, any alterations were met with ease, Diana was welcoming as ever and on the day everything we had lovingly prepared was exactly where it needed to be. And then to the mother of the bride! Again Nelson could not have been more accommodating to her “demands” or in supplying her helpers with tea and cake! Throughout the day Nelson and his team worked seamlessly to provide us and our guests with the perfect day. He was always on hand, we didn’t have to ask for anything. At one point I noticed a pair of monogramed candles (naturally!) that had not been opened so I thought oh I’ll just find a smoker who can light these for me, no need to bother the team but no sooner had I looked up from the table Nelson was standing by pulling a light from his pocket! What can we say, Laura and Jean - the dream team - two amazing ladies. Thank you so much for everything that you did for Emma and Tim's wedding, it was absolutely perfect. Big compliments to the chefs and everyone involved on the day. All the guests are still raving about the wedding and my Dad (Emma's Grandad) said it was the best wedding he had ever been to (he's 82 and been to many weddings!). Thank you Laura and Jean for keeping us calm, nothing was a problem for either of you, all our questions were always answered and you were both always cool, calm and collected - don't know how you manage it! We met with Emma and Tim last Sunday and they said the wedding was so amazing that they want to do it over and over again. Well, the biggest thanks ever, and we hope you get some rest after the summer season!What can we say, Laura and Jean - the dream team - two amazing ladies. I have to say that Pembroke Lodge are the best at organising events! Laura, Adrian, Sian, Kelvin and Co all have exemplary customer service and made us feel so special. Not only did we have the best time but the guests were bowled over from Saturday. I keep getting a lots of praise for organising a fab do but then I correct them and tell them it was all down to Pembroke Lodge and not me! I think they may be taking a few bookings in the future from some of the guests there! So thank you a billion times over, it was a wonderful experience.I have to say that Pembroke Lodge are the best at organising events! Everyone commented on how beautiful the Pembroke Lodge is as a wedding venue and how excellent the service was. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all. Thank you Jean for assisting me with any queries up until our wedding day and accommodating our requests and if you were not available other members of staff were equally happy to provide assistance in your absence so I thank you very much for that and your colleagues. Nelson was able to keep everyone informed, provide a smooth reception for us all to enjoy and be on hand for any queries or help when needed. We are very grateful to you Nelson for your help on the day and for meeting with us prior to our wedding day to help focus our minds on the scheduling and what was needed. Adrian, you were Master of Ceremonies Extraordinaire and ensured that all guests as well as the happy couple knew exactly what we were all supposed to be doing at all times. We received several comments of praise at how well you shepherded us all around to ensure we were enjoying ourselves! Mark and I were so glad to be able to rely on you during the entire day. Simon and I wanted to say a huge thank you to Nelson, Emma and all the team for our most wonderful day on 2nd April. Everything went like clockwork from the time of booking to the end of the actual day. All the staff were so helpful and friendly and it made our day so very special.
