Perfect dayPerfect day
Our wedding was exactly how we planned it to be ....perfect. The setting, staff and all the help with the planning was first class. Everything was arranged for us which gave us a totally stress free day. They say it’s one of the best days of your life and yes our day was exactly that. Our wedding was exactly how we planned it to be ....perfect. The setting, staff and all the help with the planning was first class. Still on a High 6 Months On!Still on a High 6 Months On!
Now for the cliche bit two massive positives sandwiching a couple of things that mean my wife and I cannot give 5 Stars. The Photographer they Use Paul, Pictures Inc will be a friend and a contact for us for Life. His pictures and album were amazing. The Cake Company Too I would not hesitate to use again and have her details. Two negatives were that the type of party it was and is such a special day and life changing but intimate and family orientated the bar prices were slightly steep. The second point here was also that a request is made for a tip to be made available for the staff as mandatory. I explained had prices been slightly lower and the service (it was excellent) excellent then he would have had some money perhaps more left by me and my family. Second there was the dress of the owner a polo shirt and jeans serving drinks and waiting tables he could have worn a shirt and trousers. There were some other niggles, picking up the left over favours and closing the dinner area and setting for another wedding and showing another client round during our Wedding. These things made very little difference to us but worth mentioning. Then finally two further massive positives, we had a couple not turn up and he slid all the table around and cleared the table we didn't even notice. Then the food was amazing and served piping hot and in very good time. A throughly magical day. Thank You Q Vardis. Q Vardis is a FANTASTIC venue! Q Vardis is a FANTASTIC venue!
My fiance and I were a little anxious about the idea of planning our wedding, and we were already thinking about all the possible things we would need to sort out. We had scoured the internet and realised the possibilities seemed unending, as did the costs. The process at this point just seemed massively daunting and overwhelming. Having decided on potential places to look at, my now-husband made an appointment to visit Q Vardis, just for inspiration, all very much just to test the waters. And then we met Nick. Fabulous, brilliant, wonderful Nick. In a nutshell, he made all the planning and the preperation simple and seamless. He made sure to ask questions, he listened to all of our ideas and made his own massively helpful suggestions. He was very clear about everything (ceremony, menu options, drink options, wedding cake, flowers, stationary, music, decorations, several possible extras... literally everything, other than my dress!), and we didn't ever feel under any sort of pressure. He made us both laugh and he has a manner that we both felt at ease with - genuine and upfront. Despite having many events to plan throughout the year, he made us both feel that our happiness and our celebration was of utmost importance - we feel very lucky to have found him and we cannot thank him enough. Nick, and ALL the people that work with him, made the whole process suprisingly and thankfully easy. He made our whole day smooth sailing. He ensured that everything was perfect. He was, for want of a better phrase, the fairy godmother that put the magic together. He was instrumental in creating the backdrop for one of the most wonderful days we have ever experienced. An amazing day.....An amazing day.....
We are just approaching our first wedding anniversary and this venue has given us nothing but perfect memories of our wedding day, an amazing day from start to finish thanks to Nick and his team. Everything ran smoothly with zero stress, ceromony, car, flowers were beautiful, we chose a buffet and the food was delicious, all our guests commented on how much there was, we went with Nicks recommendation of photographer and Paul Martin couldn't of done a better job. Finished with a great disco. I would highly recommend this venue to anybody. Best Day Ever :) Best Day Ever :)
I married here in September 2018 and im so glad we chose Q-Vardis. I wanted a simple but fantastic wedding and this is what Nick and his team provided. The organisation was stress free, the venue is beautiful, nothing to big to ask for. We had the party package option and our guests love the food. Perfect Day, Highly RecommendPerfect Day, Highly Recommend
Our wedding day was perfect, we got married August 2018, and it really was the best day of our lives everything ran so smoothly, we told Nick exactly how we wanted our day to be and he did it, all we had to do was turn up, The venue is gorgeous set by a beautiful lake, our photographer got the most amazing photos. Nick and the staff really went out of there way to make our day amazing. All of our guest told us what a great time they all had and how gorgeous the food was. We can’t thank Nick and his team enough for making our wedding so amazing. Everything went to plan and Nick takes care of everything so we had no stress throughout the run up to our day. Nothing was to much for Nick and his team and all our guests comented on how lovely the venue was and the food to delicious. Thanks again Nick for making mine and Pete’s day perfect. Everything was perfect on my wedding day! Nick customised a package for us and gave us lots of great advices. Q Vadis has beautiful ceremony hall, dinner place, bar and dancing pool. Facility is great! Food is delicious and really BIG portion. We are really happy with our choice and highly recommend Q Vadis! Everything was perfect on my wedding day! Amazing Venue, great for wedding Pics! Nick was very accommodating and offered professional personalised service from the point we initially came to view the venue, right through to the event itself. He always made him self available for advice and had a very 'can do' positive attitude. My biggest fear was the food as there was no taster option available; however for most of our guests this was their most enjoyed highlight of the day - we recieved sooo many compliments about how delicious and plentiful the food was! Thankfully we went for one of Nick's wedding packages which meant we had the privilege of working with his excellent photographer Paul Martin - who has beautifully captured our wedding journey and given us everlasting memories! We knew within minutes of Wearriving that Q vardis was the venue for us(and worth the extra travelling for our guess), We have had so many wonderful comments from our family and friends even a year after the wedding people are still completing us on how the venue was an excellent choice. The food was was of a great standard Nick and his staff made our day the best ever! Thanks nick my sister in law recommended Q vardis to a friend and she felt the same way I did when she saw the venue and has booked it for her wedding. We honestly could not have done it without you. Everything was perfect and we had an amazing time.
