I'm so happy we chose this venue!I'm so happy we chose this venue!
I really can't rate this venue high enough. The staff were attentive from the first enquiry and made the whole process smooth and snag free. The venue itself is just stunning within beautiful grounds and is a fab hotel also. The MC in particularly (unfortunately I can't recall his name) went above and beyond his job, making sure he took time to learn some of the guests names, entertain the children with magic tricks and made the wedding party feel at ease and in capable hands. The food was incredible and we received many compliments about it afterwards. We got married around Christmas time and on the day, there happened to be no other weddings so we were upgraded to the largest room with a giant decorated Christmas tree - free of charge. The suppliers that they suggested and we ended up using were great- they even suggested a dog service so our Boston Terrier could be part of the day. We loved every minute of it and wish we could do it all over again - not a bad word to say!I really can't rate this venue high enough. I can`t recommend the venue enough, they have been very helpful all the way through and i haven`t felt stressed at any point. Everything was organized and every staff member of Ringwood hotel was really friendly and helpful. I can`t thank enough to John as he was running the day and everything went completely smooth. We have taken the full summer package which made our life easier, it has included Dj which was brilliant and decoration (you have a 2 choices) we have choosen Melvin and when i walked into the room i was amazed and so happy. Over all amazing experience and lovely day! I can`t recommend the venue enough, they have been very helpful all the way through and i haven`t felt stressed at any point. Ringwood hall was the venue for the most memorable day of my life. The day i married the woman of my dreams. From the very first moment we spoke the wedding team they were focused on giving us the best day and catered to all our needs A massive thank you to Lyndsey, Lindon and the whole team which helped on our day.Ringwood hall was the venue for the most memorable day of my life. We had our wedding reception at the beginning of October 2016 in the marquee at Ringwood Hall and it was fantastic. Leading up to the wedding we had several meetings with our wedding planner Becky who made the whole process really easy. She was very friendly, professional and accommodating to our requests. Becky kept us up to date with the progress of everything and gave us guidance so that we didn’t forget to organise anything. I stayed in one of the apartments the night before the wedding, and the staff couldn’t have been more supportive. Everyone was so friendly and excited for us for the next day, and kept asking if I was feeling anxious or stressed about anything, and then said “if you are - tell us, it’s our job to take it from here you just need to relax and enjoy it”. What else could we have asked for?! The day itself was amazing. All of the staff make you and the day feel so special and could not have been more accommodating. Our MC (Jenn) made the day itself run so smoothly and we did not feel rushed at any point. She went the extra mile – even rushing my husband up to the main hotel in a buggy to retrieve my spare shoes and ensuring the grandparents got away ok. On the day itself it was great to have someone else doing the worrying and organising so we could just go with the flow and enjoy it, as the day went by so quickly. The marquee is a really special venue. The bar and the dancefloor feel like distinct areas rather than an afterthought. We couldn’t now imagine having our wedding reception anywhere else, and Ringwood Hall will forever have a special place in our heart.
