Sandhole Oak Barn is wonderfully versatile and can be divided into two parts for the different aspects of your day. Tie the knot in the Ceremony Barn and celebrate in the Dining Barn, which can accommodate both intimate and larger weddings with ease. For something truly different, hold your ceremony under the majestic Oak Clock Tower just a few feet from the lake. There really is nowhere else quite like it. Take to the verandah overlooking the lake with a glass of bubbly and delicious canapés to toast your newlywed status and soak up the tranquillity. In the winter, the barn provides plenty of space to mingle with your guests while still enjoying the gorgeous views through the windows. The natural beauty of the Dining Barn makes it a flexible and inviting setting for your reception any time of year. Whatever the season, the lake and surrounding countryside create an enchanting backdrop throughout your day. Award-winning caterers and coordinators, Top Table, will ensure a stress-free wedding day and a wide choice of mouth-watering menu options for you to treat your loved ones to. As well as exclusive use of the Oak Barn, you also have the Small Barn to enjoy. This characterful space sits just a few metres away and is ideal for welcoming guests before your vows, entertaining younger guests, or for unwinding at the end of the evening. As day turns to night, steal a few moments together as a married couple and watch the sun setting over the lake from the verandah. We had the most amazing wedding day on October 8th at sandhole oak barn. The venue worked perfectly with our theme it looked stunning. Everything went so smoothly from when we first booked our wedding to the end of the wedding. It was the perfect venue and we can't thank you enough! As soon as we came to view Sandhole we knew instantly that it was the perfect venue. Every moment of our day was beautiful (even the rain stopped in time for the ceremony!) all of the staff were wonderful and so helpful in the lead up to our wedding, always happy to answer any questions we had. We had our wedding at Sandhole on Tuesday. The venue was beautiful, all the guests complimented on how amazing the venue was. The staff were helpful and friendly. Amazing venue and staff. Amazing venue and staff.
We’d been to view a few different venues for our wedding but none compared to here. The view of the lake was just the icing on the cake for us. We had the perfect wedding day here on 28th August. Amazing venue and staff. Highly recommend to anyone still looking for their perfect location! Sandhole Oak Barn was the first venue we viewed. The bar was set impossibly high, and we immediately returned to Sandhole after viewing only one other venue to confirm our booking. The staff are friendly, and all the staff we spoke to knew what we needed as they themselves had been married at the barn. Our guests loved the venue and the accommodation was fantastic. The breakfast was great and catered for various needs that ourselves and our guests had. We couldn’t have had a more perfect day, and Sandhole was a large part of this. Thank you to all the team at Sandhole ! x Sandhole Oak Barn was the first venue we viewed. Me and my Husband had the most amazing perfect wedding at Sandhole oak barn! It truly is a beautiful venue! The staff were so helpful and kind through the whole process and really went above and beyond! The accommodation is gorgeous from the dressing room which is stunning to the granary which was perfect! I can’t fault this venue and the team who make it what it is! Thank you for hosting the best day of our lives we are truly grateful! Just had our daughter’s wedding at wonderful Sandhole. What an amazing day we all had. The staff were amazing and the whole celebration was so incredible. We are so lucky that we had such glorious weather for the time of year which only enhanced the whole day. With food by Top Table and entertainment from Giilan Edgar and his band I could not have wished for a more perfect wedding day for our daughter and her new husband. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants something a little bit special.Just had our daughter’s wedding at wonderful Sandhole. What an amazing day we all had.
