Sissons Farm is a family run, privately owned wedding venue in Peakirk on the out skirts of Peterborough. We pride ourselves in providing a warm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We are so lucky to live and work on the farm and the surrounding areas and we would love to share it with you. Our approach is very personal and we hope you will enjoy spending your wedding day here. Whatever you are planning, whether it is a lavish affair or a small intimate occasion, we could be just the place for you. We can give you the time and privacy to enjoy your wedding and share it with the people you love best. We will not ask you to compromise on quality or romance. Sissons Farm offers a beautiful setting for your country wedding reception; your guests will enjoy the newly landscaped gardens with the backdrop of the surrounding Fenland countryside, which also provide stunning photographic opportunities. The gardens are an ever evolving scene with the Willow Room, large manicured lawn, shrubbery and herbaceous flowerbeds providing a rich and colourful background for a drinks reception on the lawn, games or photographs.

A stress free and beautiful wedding day A stress free and beautiful wedding day
We were a little but overwhelmed by a DIY wedding but luckily we met Ben and Laura at Sisson’s Farm who were fantastic from the very beginning till the end! From helping arrange the arrival and organisation on the day for each supplier, to buying our favourite drinks and helping us maintain a stress-free wedding making it the best day of our lives, we cannot thank them enough! We would highly recommend anyone to use this venue, especially in their beautiful new barn.We were a little but overwhelmed by a DIY wedding but luckily we met Ben and Laura at Sisson’s Farm who were fantastic from the very beginning till the end! Perfect Venue for a Perfect DayPerfect Venue for a Perfect Day
We got married on 6th August 2016 and after searching for a venue for a while we finally found Sisson’s Farm. It suited us perfectly as we wanted the freedom to create the wedding we wanted. Laura and Ben were brilliant help at every stage, from the first viewing to helping set up on the day. The venue is beautiful and we were blessed with glorious sunshine on the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue. We got married on 6th August 2016 and after searching for a venue for a while we finally found Sisson’s Farm. It suited us perfectly as we wanted the freedom to create the wedding we wanted. Laura and Ben were brilliant help at every stage, from the first viewing to helping set up on the day. The venue is beautiful and we were blessed with glorious sunshine on the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue.

Sissons Farm is beautiful and Ben and Laura were extremely helpful and professional throughout the planning of our wedding. They literally did not stop on the run up to the big day and you can tell they really care about every event they host. The attention to detail was immense. We had lots of strange and unusual requests and they took it in their stride! The site is immaculate with endless options to make each wedding unique. We filled the place with steam engines! Contact was frequent and friendly- they are very down to earth and there were no hidden costs or nasty surprises. We were guided by their experience and professionalism throughout. I am already recommending Sissons Farm to friends and I’m sure the new barn will be breathtaking too. All in all, the perfect setting for our wedding and we wouldn’t change a thing. Our guests were very impressed and we are still receiving a lot of compliments. It was the perfect venue for a perfect day. Sissons Farm is beautiful and Ben and Laura were extremely helpful and professional throughout the planning of our wedding. From our initial meetings with Ben and Laura to our wedding day itself, we could not have asked for a more supportive venue. The stress of planning a wedding can be quite overwhelming, but they made everything so simple and gave us brilliant, worthwhile advise. We loved that we were given the time to set up, so nothing felt rushed or stressful, the process of everything coming together was well supported by Ben and Laura throughout. They both made you feel like you mattered and were important to them not just a number, with their friendly, relaxed and organised approach, as well as giving us the freedom to arrange our day just how we wanted. Our day was simply amazing! We never had to worry and all the finer details were taken care of, nothing was too much trouble. We loved the little touch of adding our marriage lock to tree they have, making a lasting memory in their wonderful garden. Our wedding photographs are simply beautiful, using their exensive, well established grounds and garden we were able to capture our day to treasure for a lifetime. We booked Sissons Farm very late, only 13 weeks before our wedding date, due to last minute change of plans from the previous venue. But Sissons were incredibly accommodating understanding exactly what we wanted and ensured that we had the perfect day. Our needs were relatively simple, as we wanted a rustic, relaxed day, outdoors, however, with the introduction of the wedding barn, Sissons Farm will be able to cater for a range of different couples......................We loved every part of our day and hope that we have an occasion in the future that we can use Sissons Farm again. From the moment we visited Sissons Farm we loved the freedom that was presented to us. Ben and Laura were amazing from our first meeting to the day after the wedding. When ever we needed advice they were only ever a phone call away, they went above and beyond. Even on the day they were fantastic, they manned the bar and were great with all our guests. We cannot recommend Sissons farm enough. Ben and Laura were a pleasure to work with and did everything - and more - within their power to make our ideas for our dream day reality. The venue is a total blank canvas with so many options available to really cater your day into your own; all this with the huge added bonus of a knowledgeable team who can help to recommend and aid you with your planning. The grounds are beautiful and the garden stunning. All our guests had a wonderful day and commented upon the wonderful site we had chosen. If you want a day that is personal and unique, this is most definitely the venue to choose. Thank you so much Ben and Laura, we couldn't have done it without you, even in the darkest of moments, when the rain was pouring, you were on hand to throw in as many options as you could think of to save the day; and there all day to keep things running behind the scenes…..
