Surrounded by fireplaces and family portraits, you can be married in any of the principle rooms in the house. An unforgettable setting full of history, personalising your ceremony to tailor it to your taste.
If you're seeking something more traditional in your cermonial vows, Wimborne St.Giles Church is just next door. Restored by the Gothic revival architect Sir Ninian Comper, the Church is the epitome of dignified grace.
Enjoy your drinks reception overlooking the Sunken Garden whilst a feast is prepared for you by our dedicated caterers who are committed to ensuring your every whim is indulged.
For your evening reception our award winning basement club complete with state of the art light and sound system and a speakeasy style bar awaits you.
We are also delighted to include, in the hire price, accommodation for the Wedding Party in our Riding House, Grooms Cottage and Pepper Pots for 2 nights, making the weekend feel like a big family getaway.

I have since visited again & hope to work more here I am often very lucky to attend great venues to work in and St GIles house is now in my top 3 of the UK to work in. We had a couple of viewings and all our questions were answered and nothing was too much trouble. The venue is just simply stunning and all our guests have commented on how beautiful the house is, nicely tucked away, it’s simply a gem of a wedding venue! Everyone was so polite and helpful on the day and it went along with no issues at all!! We wish we could do it all again and I think that is largely down to the teams excellence!! We cannot recommend this venue enough to couples looking for a wedding venue. They truly make your day as perfect as they can for you. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
Each Wedding has been equally beautiful, although the most unique would have to be the "Supercar" couple whose love of fast cars led them to hiring over 6 million pounds worth of super cars. These were parked in the grounds and positioned like an aisle which the bride walked down.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
To prioritise what aspect of your day means the most to you, for example the photos... and then ensure you get that preferred supplier booked as soon as possible.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
An Aerobatic Air Display was put on by the couple for their Wedding guests as a total surprise. It was outstanding.
