You can benefit from the seclusion of Swancar’s idyllic countryside location perfectly situated between the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire border with the convenience of our excellent transport links. Only 15 minutes from Nottingham city centre and 30 minutes from East Midlands Airport, your guests will have no trouble reaching your big day via road, rail or air.

- EEmma Richardson29/11/2018Worth every penny! Worth every penny!We took one look at the venue and booked a date immediately. From start to finish we were treated like VIPs. From the first meeting with our wedding planner to the big day itself, it all ran seemlessly. The venue is so homely and rustic. It met our taste perfectly, without being too overwhelming for us. We love that they expanded their accommodation just in time for our wedding. Which meant we could accommodate all our immediate family and friends. The food was superb and service was excellent. Apart from it's beautiful building & interior the staff were also amazing. Rachael our coordinator made the whole planning process enjoyable & nothing was too much trouble. She was always there to answer any questions & on the day she worked tirelessly to ensure the whole day went perfectly. The bar staff & servers were brilliant as was Mike who was very attentive in making sure we were happy. The food was amazing as were the portion sizes! I stayed in the old stables the night before which was absolutely beautiful. We have no doubt that we picked the perfect venue & would like to thank all at Swancar farm for making our day very special & memorable.
