With a private bar, cloakroom, and outside patio area, the Bannister Suite provides for all of your guest’s needs. Alternatively, the newly refurbished Winston’s Barn features natural wooden beams and stone walls, the perfect room for an intimate wedding reception for up to 40 guests. Macleod's Gallery, another option, is bright room which offers arched glass doors in a peaceful setting. A perfect setting for up to 60 guests, the room features beautiful paintings from local artists and boasts two chandeliers and has undergone a recent refurbishment. We're absolutely delighted with all of the staff at The Coniston - from start to finish, they took the time to get to know us and remembered every detail that was important to us. They went out of their way to make us feel special throughout the experience of organising our wedding and were always on the end of the phone when we had questions. Our loved ones were also treated with care and respect, and they all left our wedding feeling relaxed and very happy. We're over the Moon!We're absolutely delighted with all of the staff at The Coniston - from start to finish, they took the time to get to know us and remembered every detail that was important to us. The staff...The staff...
The staff and the cusomter service at the Coniston Hotel (especially Sophie and Sharon-the wedding coordinators) in the lead up and day of the wedding was absolutely fantastic and I've also had great feedback from my friends and family. They answered all my questions in a timely and friendly way and they catered to allot needs! I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day as Sophie did everything for me and made to room look amazing. I'm so pleased we booked our wedding here.The staff and the cusomter service at the Coniston Hotel (especially Sophie and Sharon-the wedding coordinators) in the lead up and day of the wedding was absolutely fantastic and I've also had great feedback from my friends and family. We booked our wedding in March 2014 she we were sure that we could get the date and venue that we wanted. All the way through the wedding coordinators have been on hand and been absolutely fantastic from the most minor things to the most important they always had a solution. Our wedding was the most perfect day. The staff in the reception, waitresses, wedding coordinators, everyone was so helpful and so well organised it was remarkable. I can not fault coniston at all! One word OUTSTANDING!We booked our wedding in March 2014 she we were sure that we could get the date and venue that we wanted. We really couldnt recommend the coniston hotel enough. They understood our vision. They understood what we wanted and needed and really went out of their way to make it work. From the beginning of the day until the end of the day everything was perfect. Sharon was absolutely amazing and nothing was too much hassle, what ever we wanted Sharon made sure it was possible. China the memeber of staff who ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the meal and night time was also fantastic as well as the DJ and the guy behind the bar. The views and location of the hotel is just breath taking. It really was the best day of our lives. Thank youFrom the beginning of the day until the end of the day everything was perfect. The wedding coordinator was awesome as she supported us on our journey with ideas and reasonable prompts. She also assisted us to tailor make a package that was perfect for us (a blend of modern and cultural) which was a main factor for our theme. During the initial visit they were very friendly and accomodating to our children and we felt that our guests would love it too as a few were bringing their children along . We loved the Dj. He outdid himself he was fun and loyal ( to our playlist).The wedding coordinator was awesome as she supported us on our journey with ideas and reasonable prompts. She also assisted us to tailor make a package that was perfect for us (a blend of modern and cultural) which was a main factor for our theme. The coniston provided just what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and the setting was perfect. They took care of all the details before we had even thought of them. It truly was the best day of our lives. From the minute we met the staff, they couldn't do enough to help. They were on hand whenever we needed them, and we were so grateful for all their guidance and fantastic suggestions on the planning. On the day, everything ran without a hitch, and our expectations were exceeded. We couldn't fault a thing. The food, the service, the beautiful room, the view, the co-ordination... even the weather was fantastic!It truly was the best day of our lives.
