Description

We have a number of areas that will be exclusively yours on the wedding day; the light and airy Mill room, with its dramatic vaulted ceiling and gorgeous ornate chandeliers, it really does have the wow factor as soon as you enter. The Mill room is licenced for civil ceremonies for up to 150 guests, with the Bridal party entering through our beautiful minstrelsy gallery which was imported especially from France and gives a truly romantic arrival. Here at the Frogmill, we pride ourselves on giving you a real sense of luxury, however with cosy sofas and rustic wooden décor, you can enjoy the Cotswold charm and feel relaxed in your surroundings. You will have a dedicated wedding planner to help you through every step of the way from the very beginning of your wedding planning – and we will also endeavor to put you in touch with the best possible local suppliers to suit your style and needs.

Here at the Frogmill we pride ourselves in stunning local produce, prepared by our team of highly trained passionate chefs. We have salmon from Ross on Wye smoked in our very own Buddy smoker, gorgeous seasonal vegetables charred in our Josper oven, all the way to delicious Welsh Lamb, Duck Breast and Hare loin - we understand how important food is to your wedding day and we will make sure it is a priority. To ensure everything is perfect, after booking we will invite you in to sit down with one of our chefs, to talk through the menu that works for you and of course try the food! We have a range of menus starting at £35 per person for a 3 course meal. We will provide all of the linen, crockery and cutlery for the tables as well as a full team of highly trained staff, including a dedicated front of house manager to make sure you and your guests are well looked after all day.

Frogmill Packages Include: • 60 Guests • Venue Hire 9am – Midnight • Drinks Package A • 3 course sit down meal - Menu A • Suite free of charge for the night of your wedding Late Availability (Any available date 2019): £5000 Midweek Package (Monday – Thursday any week excluding Bank Holidays): £5000 January Saver Package: £4500 • January saver will also include bacon rolls and fries in the evening for 60 guests (additional evening guests £10pp) Winter Package (November & February): £5500 Spring Package – March 2020: £6000 T&C’s: Packages are for a minimum of 60 guests, if you have under 60 guests the package price will remain the same. Additional guests over the 60 will be charged at £55 per adult, £15.00 per child. Any drinks package upgrades, menu supplements, canapes or evening food will be in addition to this fee. To extend the venue hire until 1am the additional fee is £250.00. Standard T&C’s apply to all packages

My Cotswold Wedding...My Cotswold Wedding...
From the moment we walked into The Frogmill I knew that was where I wanted my wedding. It helped that viewed it on a snowy day, which meant the log fire was a very welcome and warm reception. It is a typical Costwolds venue, with then beautiful stone inside and out, along with a country and homely feel. Having a large family and group of friends we were thrilled with the large function room. Truthfully, I had hopes of a barn but with the size of our guest list (148 for the breakfast) we were finding it hard to find somewhere. While The Frogmill isn’t a barn, it has exposed bricks and beams to give it the same feel but with the added bonus of that warmer feeling. Not that we needed it, we were fortunate enough to have one of the hottest days of the year.
